MANIFESTING THE WIND/ BREATH OF GOD IN THE HEBREW YEAR 5775
The new Hebrew year starts on Sept 25,
2014 at sundown on Rosh Hashana. The new Hebrew year is
5775. All Hebrew numbers also have an alphabet letter and a
pictograph drawing. These have prophetic meanings.
The years within the 5700’s relates to
meaning “May it be the year of.” The last 2 numbers of the
5700’s are the decade and the year. The decade of the
5770’s are the Hebrew letter Ayin which means “to see.” In
the Roman calendar, 2010-2019 is the decade of the Ayin
years which is about seeing visions, receiving sight and
perspective. The Lord is pouring out dreams, visions,
insights, revelations and adjusting people’s mindsets and
perspectives to line up with Him.
This year, number 5 is the Hebrew letter Hey. The
letter Hey means to behold as through a window.
Hey is also connected with the word breath because the
pictograph is a man with his arms raised and praising God.
The word Hallelujah is a Hey
word.

Prophetically speaking, the window
represents our watchman’s post, what we see and hear of what
the Lord is doing in the earth. No matter what we see, He
desires that we take the position of praising and thanking
Him. Praising the Lord
through the breath of our mouths and through the position of
our hands will be key weapons in overcoming the enemy this
year. We
have some good promises about His wind this year, as well as
some warnings for prayer.
2 Chronicles 20:22,24 And when they
began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushes
against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, who
were come against Judah; and they were defeated. … And when
Judah came to the watchtower in the wilderness, they looked

RUSHING MIGHTY WIND ~
The letter Hey meaning breath,
also connects with the word WIND of the Holy Spirit in
scripture.
Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came a
sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind {4157},
and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

This year, many who are praising the Lord
with the breath of their lips will be suddenly receive a
reciprocal download from the wind of His Presence sweeping
through them like a RUSH.
TESTIMONY 4/13/14: I have a
prophetic friend who was on top of a mountain worshiping the
Lord with his hands in the air. He was praying that God
would open heaven and establish His kingdom and His glory in
his region. Upon that prayer, a big wind RUSHED up the
mountain and blew through the trees all around him, then
died down again. He started praying again, and another big
wind blew up. This kept happening over and over each time
he prayed. It was such an amazing occurrence, we knew this
was a sign from the Lord.
EXPERIENCE: Take note that the
pictograph for the Hebrew letter “Hey” (breath) is a man
with his arms raised and praising God. As I was reading his
testimony, upon the exact moment I read that his hands were
lifted up, one of our valentine balloons had circled too
close to the fan and rushed straight towards me. This was a
sign of the Holy Spirit coming directly toward me like a
RUSHING wind. As I shared this experience of the rush of
fan and balloon at the exact time I read his hands were
lifted up in the air, he replied back that he had heard just
a thumping upstairs and discovered it was an old BD balloon
circling around the ceiling fan. He asked me if I knew of
anyone with a BD?
GIVING BIRTH TO HIS KINGDOM
The Lord gave me this scripture, about
those being born of His Spirit.
John 3:8 The
wind blows where it
wills, and you hear the sound thereof, but cannot tell from
where it came, and where it goes: so is everyone that is
born of the Spirit.
3/17/85 TRANCE VISION: I had a
most awesome literal experience when in a trance vision I
felt the Lord literally fill my lungs with His breath. In
the vision I took a deep breath and could feel His mighty
wind rushing
past my nostrils and down my throat. He opened my ears and I
heard its very loud sound as it
rushed
into my lungs. As my lungs filled, it took several minutes
to fill them to capacity. I could feel the Lord's Presence
as this occurred and thought what a mighty pair of lungs He
has! When I finished inhaling, I held it a brief moment as
in a delay.
He then opened my eyes and I gazed at
multitudes of little blue and pink baby carriages. Each baby
carriage carried a baby wrapped very snugly in a blue or
pink blanket with a matching blue or pink milk bottle. Jesus
was standing next to me watching the same thing and our
hearts were filled with such tender feelings and a great
nurturing for these babies. I started to exhale upon them,
gently at first. Like feathers in the wind, these babies
arose and were carried upon the breath of God. Still
exhaling, I watched them float ever so gently upon the
breath of God. The breath grew stronger and they flurried
around like snow flurries in the wind. Then I held back the
flow a tad so their ride was smoother. This vision
seemingly lasted a very long time as His exhale continued to
blow.
2014 was the year of the door of the
kingdom of God being opened to many. The kingdom is
something that doesn’t just happen, scripture says it must
be entered only by being converted (to repent) and being
humble as a little child. The manifestation of the kingdom
is when we will see and experience God’s Words tangibly upon
the earth and not just in the realm of the spirit. A good
example of that is the rushing wind and the balloons above.

"Assuredly, I say to you, unless you
are converted and become as little children, you will by no
means enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore whoever
humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the
kingdom of heaven. 5 Whoever receives one little child like
this in My name receives Me.

you hear what these say? And Jesus said unto them, Yea; have
you never read, Out of the mouth of babes and infants you
have perfected praise?
~ THE
SIGN OF THE WHIRLWIND ~
This month as I was praying into the new
year 5775 we had a vortex wind experience at our house and
the word “whirlwind” was quickened to me. At the
same time our kids were in Hawaii when the double hurricanes
were forecasted. I knew this was a sign which is one of the
many ways God speaks.
EXPERIENCE 8/10/14: We had thunder
in the distance so I stood on the back porch to look. The
first splats of water began to fall as I felt the air
charged with ions like at the ocean. I felt much energy and
lifted my arms to the Lord and praised Him as I continued to
hear thunder in the distance. Suddenly I felt a godly fear
rise up inside of me. I was downloaded with powerful
tongues as I stood there in that charged atmosphere. I
prayed until I felt it was no longer safe to be outside. A
few minutes later when I was in the back of the house, Wayne
said there was a powerful downdraft vortex that made all of
the tree branches flatten downwards. Our barn door flew
open. He took authority over it several times and it left
as instantly as it appeared; all was totally still. Later
someone from the neighborhood said they had a downdraft
whirlwind that day and it tore off a carport roof.
 Three days
before (8/07/14) our kids were in Hawaii celebrating their
anniversary and this was the first time in 22 years
Hawaii’s had not one – but two hurricanes headed straight
towards the islands. We had earnestly prayed over both of
those for several days. The Lord was very merciful in
answering everyone’s prayers by downgrading the one to a
tropical storm and the other veered north of the islands.
THE SIGNS IN THE 2 HURRICANES HEADED
TOWARDS HAWAII
One of the ways God speaks is through
names. I have noticed that the names of storms point to
something God is allowing in the earth at that time.
MEANING OF THE NAME HURRICANE ISELLE:
Hebrew : devoted to God.
MEANING OF THE NAME HURRICANE JULIO:
Spanish: youth.
 The day
before the 1st forecasted hurricane, the kids
went to their hotel balcony to see the sunrise and guess who
landed there! We were totally thrilled at this amazing
sign. The dove is the symbol of the Holy Spirit, the
anointing that landed upon Jesus, Noah’s dove that went
forth from the ark, and also the last day
Dove Company - I had a trance vision of that
company on 3/15/85. These are the manifested sons who will
walk the earth as peacemakers, ushering in His last day
refuges. (Noah’s name means quiet resting place.)
Isaiah 32:1-3 Behold, a king shall
reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in justice. 2
And a man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a
refuge from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place,
as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. 3 And the
eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them
that hear shall listen.
It was such a comfort to us to see this
sign of the dove promising peace in the midst of coming
storms. Our greatest weapon is abiding in the peace of God!
Romans 16:20 And the God of peace
shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be
with you. Amen.
The 2nd hurricane veered north
of their island on the day of their flight home.
We felt this was an amazing
sign that those youth who are devoted to God will safely
escape the full brunt of coming storms and be kept in a safe
place in God. It was also a sign to us that the
prayers of parents and grandparents will make a radical
difference for the protection over the youth.
Revelation 12:14 And to the woman were
given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into
the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a
time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the
serpent.
Hey is the 5th letter of the
Hebrew alphabet and the number 5 represents GRACE.
THE WINDS COME AND GO 4/14/04
When you dwell
upon My mountain tops and the higher places in life, winds
do blow. Sometimes they are opposing winds, sometimes they
are gentle breezes that stir your heart to rest and be
refreshed. Next time you see the dust blow, and your vision
is cloudy, remember that I also control the winds. I will
even use the demonic dust to polish your life to a finer
shine.
The higher
places bring higher winds. As you call upon Me and stand
still, these blasts of strong opposition will pass through
you and leave you unscathed. I command them so perfectly
that as they pass by, all you will experience is the
knowledge that they came and went. You will be held in such
peace that you will be completely
cocooned in the knowledge
of My great grace and favor. Once you begin to
experience this, the reality of living in that special place
in Me will be forever branded upon your soul.
My child, even
though you dwell in the high places, your heart reveals the
heart of a servant. Because you are so teachable and
willing, dear one, for you I will most often use My winds to
bring you times to pause and to lighten your load. I stir
the clouds above your head and move them on. You are already
dressed in white, the wind of My breath already makes you
shine with brilliance. You don’t have any hard unyielding
places for the storm gales to have to blast away. I rejoice
in you, dear chosen one. You give Me exceeding joy as I
watch your life unfold to the touches of My wind.

QUICKENED SCRIPTURES ABOUT THE WHIRLWINDS ~
1) REAPING WHIRLWINDS
We will see the power of negative words
be manifested. We are told not to judge and not to condemn,
lest it come back upon us.
Luke 6:37 Judge not, and you shall not
be judged: condemn not, and you shall not be condemned:
forgive, and you shall be forgiven.
Hosea 8:7A For they have sown the
wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind…
We are entering into the time of sowing
to the wind and RAPIDLY reaping a whirlwind. This is a
season where we will learn the power of sowing good Words
and seeing the results, also the pain of learning
self-control with our tongue. God help us consecrate our
lips to Him!
Isaiah 6:5-7 Then said I, Woe is me!
for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I
dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for my eyes
have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. 6 Then flew one of
the seraphim unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which
he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 And he
laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this has touched your
lips; and your iniquity is taken away, and your sin purged.
As we confess and repent of our sins, we
will find ourselves under the protection and canopy from
curses. I have seen curses many times in the spirit. They
have a power all their own and fly as fast as bullets,
darting here and there for their target. It is only through
repentance and God’s mercy can we expect our authority to
work against them. The curse has no cause to land upon us
if we live in the fear of God and repent regularly.
Proverbs 26:2 As the bird by flitting,
as the swallow by flying, so the curse without cause shall
not alight.
RHEMA 4/05/14 UNGODLY WHIRLWINDS
HEARD: Answer to prayer.
Angels are here with you sweet one. Big ones. We are
powerful. Overthrowing the kingdom of darkness. Umbrella.
You are covered precious one. No worries. We have your
backside and your front. Violent.
VISION: I saw a bunch of
ungodly people that had sown curses into the wind and they
reaped a whirlwind upon themselves instead of where they
intended.
Hosea 8:7A For they have sown the
wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind…
2) CAUGHT UP IN A WHIRLWIND
People will begin to be caught up and
taken places in the Spirit for those who have been prepared
and crying out for this.
2 Kings 2:1 And it came to pass,
when the LORD would take up Elijah
into heaven by a whirlwind,
that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.
TRANCE VISION 1/18/14: I heard
the Lord say, Fear not. Be of good cheer. What I am about
to do. Flying. You’ve been taught and you believe it is
something that is coming to this earth. Then I had a trance
visions where I was taken up into a whirlwind and floating
above the tree lines and seeing a lovely forest. I was so
very peaceful and calm in the process and knew it was a gift
of the Lord for my request to experience the Word of the
Lord and not just see and hear it. I heard, “Come let us
experience the Word of the Lord.”
3) CHARIOTS LIKE A WHIRLWIND
People will be carried in His chariots
and taken places in His Spirit. This is like flying in the
Spirit.
Jeremiah 4:13 Behold, he shall come
up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his
horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are
ruined.
2/16/08 TRANSPORTED: I was
transported last night in a chariot seat. Someone was
sitting next to me and we were just delighted as we started
flying over the land and then moved out over the ocean. I
had total peace that we were being absolutely carried and
transported by the Lord and as I was experiencing this, I
knew the peace I felt was exactly in proportion to my level
of faith. I experienced pure joy, delight and exhilaration
as we swept over the waters. I heard the following Words:
To tell you that you are in it. His Glory. All by My
Spirit.
7/24/03 HEARD: Get into the
chariot sweetheart. Ride with Me. We will do this
together, every step of the way.
4) UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
The Lord will be very close and
personally confronting us with issues we have been
contending for, for a long time. He will be coming to us
to claim our attention, looking us straight into the eye.
He wants to lead us with His eye, not with a bit in our
mouths. This face to face time can be a time of removing
deep soul wounds that have plagued people since childhood.
Job 38:1 Then the LORD
answered Job out of the
whirlwind, and said…
7/24/14 ENCOUNTER: I was
listening to a sermon on Elijah and Elisha at the place
where Elijah was taken up in a whirlwind to heaven. I had
my eyes closed as I was listening and suddenly Someone was
literally in my face, like a couple inches away, holding
both sides of the temples on my forehead with His hands.
His approach was unexpected as He touched and leaned into
me. This was a literal experience and not a vision. I had
the knowledge that He imparted something to me. In prayer
lines, I have seen men of God take people’s faces in both
hands, with their hands upon the temples as they have prayed
for them. This was the same stance, only His face was only
a couple inches away because He leaned in. Although I found
a handful of meaningful applications to this encounter, most
of all I felt it was the Lord Jesus in disguise and He was
seriously wanting my attention, my focus, the “temple” of my
thoughts to be upon Him.
ENCOUNTER 8/13/14:
The Holy Spirit walked towards me in the form of a man. I
have seen Him many times and even heard His audible man’s
voice, but have never see His face. That is how I know He
is the Holy Spirit. When He draws near to me I have many
deep longings for Him as He stirs my love and yearnings. He
came close to hug me and when I relaxed and just let His hug
comfort me, I felt something release deep inside my soul. I
felt something release inside of me and come out and then
something was planted inside of me from Him. It was like a
divine exchange. When I came out of the experience the Lord
told me He had taken out a childhood wound and given me a
portion of Himself to replace the hole that wound had made.
I was astounded. He had been leading up to this moment by
giving me words and understanding that part of the reason I
am the way I am was due to that wound. I began to pray
about that and ask Him to heal me because I could not heal
myself. And now in one beautiful encounter, I was delivered
through His hug! At the time this gave me a profound
feeling of comfort, peace, relief, release. And now I have
great joy in viewing life without that wound! HALLELUJAH!!
5) ENCOUNTERING THE STORMS OF MIDDLE
EASTERN VIOLENCE
His severity will be upon some nations.
Nahum 1:3 The LORD is slow to anger,
and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked:
the LORD has his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and
the clouds are the dust of
his feet.
 Three days
after our downdraft vortex and the kid’s hurricane
experience, I noticed that during a prophetic conference in
Spokane, that a dust storm kicked in at 60 MPH in that
region. I knew this was a sign based on something I had
said 1 week prior - when the prophets come to regions, they
stir things up in the spirituals. There are increases in
angelic and demonic activity.
They called this dust storm a haboob,
which is derived from the Arabic word haab for wind or
blow. Haboobs form when air is forced down and pushed
forward by the front of a traveling thunderstorm cell, which
drags with it dust and debris.
This brought to mind the same thing
occurred in desert storm in Iraq. We must pray that
violence in regions do not escalate into WW3, that God will
not remove His hand from us and give us over to our enemies,
rather whatever He allows will be filled with great mercy,
even in times of judgment.
~ THE
WINDS OF CHANGE ~
Most of all 2015 will bring the WINDS OF
CHANGE that have been prophesied on and off for over a
decade. The angel named Breakthrough is the main one
responsible for this. He has been working for over 10 years
to remove the stumbling stones that have held back revival.
These are sins in the corporate body and leaders, mindsets,
and offenses that have grieved the Holy Spirit. He has been
preparing the way for revival. I do not know what stage we
are at in this process, but we will hear a lot about the
WINDS OF CHANGE in 2015. This will manifest God's power in
amazing ways... both good upon the righteous and bad upon
the unrighteous.
We must continue to pray for His mercy
and hand to cover our nation, as these things develop. It
is only the salt of the saints that preserve us, especially
when under the restraints of ungodly leaders.

PRAYING OVER STORMS ~
I heard Bob Jones say once that spiritual
whirlwinds blow both clockwise (good ones) and
counterclockwise (demonic). We need to stay in prayer over
the bad side of events and always remember that God is in
control. We are in the end times and in the beginning of
sorrows as in Matt 24. What He allows in these sorrows is
for His redemptive purposes - to save people from hell and
taking the mark of the beast in the tribulation. He is
warning the sheep and goat nations and calling all to align
with Him and the truth of His Word in scripture. In the
midst of unsettling times as nations tremble, we are called
to build our spiritual and practical arks as Noah did. We
are called to walk with the Lord as Noah did when amongst
violence and corruption.
Matthew 24:7-9 For nation shall rise
against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall
be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in various
places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 Then
shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill
you: and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's
sake.
Genesis 6:11-12 The earth also was
corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was
corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the
earth.
Genesis 7:1 And the LORD said unto
Noah, Come you and all your house into the ark; for you have
I seen righteous before me in this generation.
When we pray over storms,
we always ask the Lord for His mercy and
protection. We pray that death and massive destruction will
be taken out of the storm.
When we decree over storms,
we proclaim with our mouths that the blood of
Jesus covers our loved ones and region. We decree that the
storms will be veered off course to avoid loss of lives.
When we take authority over
the storm, we speak directly to the storm just
like Jesus did.
Mark 4:38-41 And he was in the rear of
the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awoke him, and said
unto him, Teacher, care you not that we perish? 39 And he
arose, and rebuked the wind, and
said unto the sea, Peace,
be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a
great calm. 40 And he said unto them, Why are you so
fearful? how is it that you have no faith? 41 And they
feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner
of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
Note we do not bind principalities nor do
we address them directly. We leave the principalities to be
directed by God’s permission for His purposes until it comes
time for them to be judged.
Psalms 107:25-30 For he commands, and
raises the stormy wind, who lifts up the waves thereof. 26
They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the
depths: their soul is melted because of trouble. 27 They
reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at
their wit's end. 28 Then they cry unto the LORD in their
trouble, and he brings them out of their distresses. 29 He
makes the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
30 Then are they glad because they are quiet; so he brings
them unto their desired haven.
Isaiah 45:6-8 That they may know from
the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none
besides me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. 7 I form
the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create
calamity: I the LORD do all these things. 8 Drop down, you
heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down
righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth
salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the
LORD have created it.
We are told in scripture that He uses our
hands to war. One of the ways we do this is to
worship Him with our hands. When we use our
hands in worship, it stirs up the wind of His
Presence. This is an important position in the window of
2015.

Dream:
I was told by an angel to step forward and use my wings.
The angel explained to me that this motion would reverse the
vortex. The wings had something to do with faith and
authority over the demonic vortexes that suddenly appear
without notice. These vortexes are literal twisting winds
and also spiritual winds that hit in the spirit. I
understood that this particular movement was reversing
demonic vortex winds and it was done effortlessly. I often
worship the Lord with my hands and as I swoosh them, I feel
the Lord’s strong Presence upon me and all around me. The
motions that the angel was showing me were hand movements
like I do to worship the Lord.
Then I went to the ocean cliff and
watched the water obey my hands. As I lifted my hands, the
water lifted up and swirled around according to whatever my
hand movements did. You could see all the individual
molecules of the water spray and it was so pretty and like
lace as they were suspended in the air when I had stopped my
hands in midair. It was like directly an orchestra of
water. I looked over to my right and there was a duplicate
ocean and duplicate wave and it was doing the identical
moves. I knew one ocean was on earth and the other in
heaven. As I was practicing this, I decided to move my
hands really fast. I watched the water swirl really fast
and the suspended water molecules were spinning and also
going up and down as I raised my hands up and down. The
water was very beautiful to watch, like a beautiful dance
when I use my hands to worship the Lord.
This year 5775/ 2015, turn your hearts to
worship the Lord more and keep your focus on Him. Stay at
your watchman’s post in the window of the Spirit and behold
what He is doing. Stay obedient to His Word and walk
in His righteous paths so that you can witness the
following:

He will manifest the wind of His
Presence.

He will be birthing His kingdom in
lives.

He will protect you in storms.

He will calm your storms.
-
He will carry you to a safe place.
-
He will cool you down and refresh you
after a hot trial.

He will stop the curses of enemies
from landing upon you.

He will take you places in your
dreams and visions.

He will answer your life long
questions and heal your wounds.

He will usher in the winds of change.

He will teach you how to pray
regarding storms.
UPDATE 8/30/14. I just found out

Now, the prophetic word that was given to
Arthur Burt (Wales) – I believe it's so relevant here. This
word was confirmed by prophet Bob Jones to me, and he didn't
even know what the word was that Arthur Burt had been given.
He just told me when I arrived back from Wales, "Tell the
man whose house you were just in that he will see the word."
When I asked Bob, "What word?" he said, "I don't know but it
was given to a group of people in 1930 and this man was one
of those people. All the others in the group have died."
When I called Arthur Burt to ask him about it, he read me
