SENT OR
SPENT?
QUICKENED LINE: I was reading a line from John Paul
Jackson. It said: "What shall they call us?"
Upon
reading that line I heard the Lord say: "An answer to
prayer."

GRANDMA
ANNA HEARD: You will arise from the ashes of your life.
Healed. Restored. Sent.
============
I HEARD:
There is a misunderstanding having to do with the
interpretation on whether they are to wait, be hidden or
go forth.
I HEARD:
Sent or spent.
[This
was the Lord’s reference to a phrase I had said to
someone about her certain ministry opportunity: "You
don’t want to go without being sent, otherwise you will
be spent." I meant that without the Lord sending her,
she would burn out.]
TURNED
WITH ANOINTED HANDS IN MY BIBLE: Perceive ye not,
neither do you understand? Hidden. Progressive stages.
Suddenly she leaves her home town and begins her public
career. Launched.
[NOTE
ABOUT ANOINTED HANDS: I have many things highlighted in
my Bibles. Some are just one word themes along the
sidelines in the margins. Some are hand written notes.
When I turn with "anointed hands" the Lord not only
directs my hands but also my eyes to fall upon the exact
thing that He is already speaking to me about. This is
not only a gift, but also a result of daily walking in
His Spirit and giving Him my eye gates: (Isa 33:15-17
KJV) He that walketh righteously, and speaketh
uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions,
that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that
stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth
his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his
place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread
shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes
shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the
land that is very far off.]
CONFIRMATION: Grandma Anna called today and mentioned
that the Lord was helping her see that she is to remain
hidden in her calling, but not hidden in going forth in
her giftings. I said nothing to her about what I’d heard
last night about the misunderstanding in whether we’re
to wait, be hidden or go forth. I interpret this night’s
rhema as saying that we have been hidden, but He is
bringing us out a step at a time and we are to go forth
a step at a time in the gifts He gives.

WORD TO
PONDER: SENT OR SPENT
When I
place My calling upon My children’s lives, I expect them
to grow up in progressive stages. Promises of expansion
occur a step at a time. Yes there are sudden launching
events within the stages, but behind every sudden event
is a lengthy preparation. Learning to wait upon Me in
each stage of growth is vital. If My child moves upon My
call, but not from My sending, he will be spent in the
process. Burnout occurs because he has stretched beyond
his ability to maintain what has begun. Whom I send, I
equip and that is in perfect timing with the many facets
of a person’s life and well being.
Waiting
upon Me through the various stages of preparation is not
to be misunderstood. I always ask you to give according
to your ability. If you have something in your fruitful
basket that fits the need of another, freely give as I
have freely given to you.
"I heard
the voice of the Lord, saying: "Whom shall I send, and
who will go for Us?" Then I said, "Here am I! Send me."
(Isa 6:8 NKJV)
