OPENED SMELL: I smelled shampoo.

heard: That's right sweetheart, the whole bottle down the drain. Suds galore and then some.

PIX: I saw a little baby sitting on the floor.

PARABLE: The kids love to stand at the sink and wash their hands with lots of suds. Last time they were here, they took the family from the doll house and washed them with gobs of soap suds; they kept asking for more soap.

"But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like launderers' soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness.

COMMENT: The Lord is prophesying a second time and has begun to wash the nations now. The same purifying and washing that the church went through, now will come to the nations. Those in the church who did not yield to the first washing will go through it a second time with the nations.

WORD TO PONDER: WASHING FOR THE GOLD AND SILVER 5/23/09

Precious one, even when your life is tumbling over and over and you feel you have no control, remember that I alone have set the boundaries of what touches your life. The gold and silver is Mine. The sons of Levi have gone through the refiner’s fire and now I AM plunging them into My cool waters for refreshing and cleansing. Among the nations, I AM washing My people so only what is lasting and precious remains. It is My good work and I do this as your loving Father Who is both kind and severe.

Notice how God is both kind and severe. He is severe to those who disobeyed, but kind to you as you continue to trust in his kindness.

I AM thoroughly purging the sons of Levi with My soap. I will have a pure bride without spot or wrinkle. Iron sharpens iron, relationships clash as the days are washed through the soap of repentance and the water of My Word. In so doing, this has cleansed relationships between parents and children, ministries and relationships with Me.

Do not allow the condemnation of your past to grip you any more. Come out of the suds and straight into My arms of love! You are washed and cleansed dear one! Enter thou into the joy of the Lord!

Unresolved issues not yet at rest,

Swirls to surface all my mess.

Churning, billowing waves in my soul.

CONFIRMATION PARABLE 6/25/11: The above post came out today on the QW elist. Today my grandson asked to buy kid's soap and expressed great emotion about it. I noticed later that he also asked permission to use my hand sanitizer.
