9/03/16:  TIME CHECK:  PASSED THE NARROW PASSAGEWAY

 

In an email I had written the following note to a friend. I was quoting a line from a Word to Ponder.

 

“TIME CHECK:  <<I have called you to lay low and chug through a narrow passageway.>>”

 

This narrow place connects with a vision I had.  I feel the slim pickens rock was the 50 pounds I lost after having gained such on prednisone.  And now we are headed down river the narrow chute into white water.  I have been thinking about the Slim Pickens vision this morning.

 

8/13/15 NARROW GATE SLIM PICKENS

I had a trance vision where Wayne and I were in a boat.  I looked downstream and saw a large turquoise McKenzie boat with white trim tucked under a large pointed boulder called Slim Pickins rock on the Rogue.  The rock and boat was massive, even larger than real life. The boat held about 7 people across the seat.  They were waiting there, just like we used to do in the canyon areas, where we would find a little eddy of water and sit there and pause before going through more white water. 

 

After seeing some of the cloud of witnesses watching our progress, the boat began to pull out of the rock crevice and into the current again.  It was lined up to go down some more white water and I saw their backs as they were moving in the boat.  Suddenly the boat turned around and looked at me.  They were all smiling hugely and they all waved at me.  They were all laughing at me as I said, “You guys!  You are too much!!!”   I knew we would be following them down the chute of white water.

 

CONFIRMATION 9/15/16:   I turned to the following in my rhema and felt this connected with the Slim Pickens rock!

 

MASSIVE PET ROCKS 10/27/05

Today I had an old memory come to mind. Every summer we used to take a 4 day trip down the wilderness part of the Rogue River. The only way out once you passed the point of no return, was to hike out by trail. I have a lot of wonderful memories of our trips, rowing the boat by the hot sun of the day, and sleeping under the stars by night.

 

I remember one summer we went down the rapids called Wild Cat and a friend was in the bow of the boat. I was rowing madly because it was a fast one, and had some sharp rocks and maneuvering. I just skimmed one of the biggest and flattest rocks towards the end of the rapids, and it scared him so bad that he stood up in the boat and leaned over towards the rock. This swung us around the thing and planted us right on top of it. Water was pouring into the side of the boat, and he was white as a sheet hanging onto the rock for dear life. My folks were downstream watching the whole thing and my Dad was yelling, but the roar of the water was much too loud to hear anything. I told him, "Please let go of the rock. PLEASE let go of the ROCK. "LET GO OF THE ROCK AND SIT DOWN NOW!!!!!!!" He looked at me in a startled daze and the moment he let go and sat down, we swung around the rock, and I pulled a VERY heavy load of water over to the bank and we bailed for a long time.

 

I had a revelation today that the Lord has been telling me one layer at a time, “Sandy let go and sit down. SANDY let go and SIT down. SANDY, LET GO AND SIT DOWN NOW!!!!!”

WORD TO PONDER: PET ROCKS - LET GO NOW 10/27/05

It's time now, let go of the huge stumbling stones of your past. Those giant pet rocks, massive stones of offense where you've held onto disappointment from a wounded past; forgive, release and let go. If you hang on, circumstances will so overwhelm you that you will be unable to manage even the smallest tasks. Precious, where I AM taking you - you MUST have peace. It is My peace that will guard you and you must do everything you can to find Your resting place in Me. Move out of the old and into the new, by letting go of everything that has wounded you, and planting the wounds at My cross. Let go of every offense, and let Me move you out and away. What is meant to stay with you, will remain. What is meant to be left behind will not follow.

THEREFORE THEN, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection].

 

9/05/16 CONFIRMATION QWN MEMBER

 

QWN MEMBER:  "recently I saw a vision about the path: I saw a path in the middle; there was a narrower and higher path on its right side, there was the other narrower and higher path on its left side. I saw a guy wearing the sportswear riding on a special vehicle on the higher path. I heard the path was the last part of a journey."  (end quote)

 

QWN MEMBER:  Last week while praying in the Spirit, I clearly saw before me a road going through a high mountain, there were high mountains on both sides of the road. The higher the road went the more narrow it got. It went through the mountains. It looked as if only one person could have went through at a time toward the end, and that was quickened to me.

 

I sensed that as some have had to come down this road, they have had to let some stuff go and drop some stuff off to go higher and come through this narrow place of transition into promotion!

 

I believe the overall thing that the Lord is showing us here, as I believe it can be interpreted for both of us, and others, is Promotion! As we remain in humility, His covering will be over us, as He gives us His Wisdom in advancing forward to another level, place in Him.

9/10/11 CONFIRMATION QWN MEMBER

I'm just a bit flabbergasted right now!  Your post is lining up so amazing, I'm watering from my eyes while holding back ugly crying!

 

My car, every time I go uphill, it's like it can only fire on two pistons.  I've replaced and paid for every part I know (within our financial means) and just the last two days I've been thinking I'm not going to make it home with how bad it is.  Yesterday, I thought it was done, and then I rebuked every foul spirit, and then it was fixed right away and I made it home with no bumps!  It's sporadic and scary, making me feel so insecure about every day trip I take!

 

I've even had an opened ear where the enemy has tried to get me to find a job to make more money and told me that I will be blessed by it instead of homeschooling the kids.  I just said, Lord, I don't know if this is you talking, but I rebuke any foul spirit and may I only hear Your voice about this, and the enemy made a big show about being told to leave!

 

So, today, I was lamenting my car when I came back from soccer since it was SO bad, (really, I just want a new van now.) ...and the Lord said, 'Time check' and I had a vision of a watch.  Well, that nearly undid me, and I said, 'Oh, I don't know what that means or how that fits!'  ....and then I read your entry with the time check about laying low and chugging through a narrow spot.    only God 

 

WORD TO PONDER:  TIME CHECK, LET GO AND CLIMB 9/03/16

Time check dear ones.  It is definitely time to climb higher and you simply will not be able to climb carrying extra weight.  Let go of all the weights in your life that keep you from pursuing me fully. Throw everything away that holds you back.  Let it go, throw it away, delete it from your life!  All heaven has waited for your climaxing moment of letting go and moving on.  Do so now, there is no more time left.  Move on, move up, get up and moving once again.  Keep your eyes fixed on Me and I will strengthen you for your journey.
