LEARNING HOW TO USE WINGS
HEARD: A good sign. A
very good sign. He chose their wings.
Matthew 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many are
called, but few chosen.
Dream: I was told by an
angel to step forward and use my wings. So I asked her what I was supposed to
do. She showed me how to move my hands from my face and then extending outwards
in a figure 8 and back again to my face.
As I was
practicing Wayne floated up and I saw he already had full wings. As I moved my
hands more fluidly in 8’s I realized that the muscle movement of my hands was
causing the muscles in my back to move in and out and this was how the angels
move their wings.
WAYNE RHEMA 12/22/12
Heard: I heard someone
ask me "Where did you get those wings?"
WAYNE HAS WINGS: Sometime in the last 5 years, Wayne had a flying
dream. When it was over he was back in bed and struggling to get his wings
folded back into his body. He could feel 100’s of muscles for moving every part
of his wings. He knew how to perfectly control his wings, like birds can move
every feather. He had that same control. He couldn’t roll over in bed because
the wings were still there and not yet folded into place. When he got out of
bed he could still feel the muscle and how to control his wings. It felt like
about 30 minutes before his muscles relaxed.
DREAM: I was watching others at an air force base. The students were
learning to fly themselves like missiles, like airplanes. I had the feeling it
was count-down time. The enemy was coming soon. The students were getting very
skilled at flying. When I awoke, I thought, "Sandy is learning to fly!"
SANDY FLYING VISIONS: In the 80’s I had many visions where I was flying
in the sky. I could hear the music of the Holy Spirit playing in the heavens
and I was dancing exactly like the ice dancers do on ice only it was flying. I
had all the feelings and yearnings of expression as I used my whole body to
express the feelings that heaven was feeling through the music. In some of
these flying visions I was drawing the letters of the alphabet in the sky
through flying, like an airplane does forming letters with its exhaust. Later I
understood that I was learning the language of God with my whole being and I
would be teaching others the language in which He speaks.
SANDY RHEMA 5/06/11 TAKEN UP: TO FLY IN THE SPIRIT
CAUGHT UP: Today I was taken up and we flew all over a town, mts and
resort area. Then I began to dance in the sky and it felt so free and light. I
have had many dancing/ flying experiences in the past where I heard music coming
from heaven and expressed His heart through fluid body movements in the sky.
They were such lovely, fulfilling experiences of love and worship in expressing
the emotions of the Holy Spirit.
I had 2 of these experiences of "being carried away" this month. The other
one, I felt a huge hand underneath me that was supporting me as though I was
sitting in a chair. I was carried over land and saw many sights. I do not enjoy
roller coaster or fast rides and this was not disheveling or uncomfortable.
Instead I felt a deeply impacting peace and lightness as I gave myself and
yielded to being completely supported and carried. I felt as light as a feather
and simply relaxed in the experience. At one time we were going very slow as
though to get me used to the idea. Then I asked Whoever was carrying me to
please go faster and we did! When I came out of the experience, my perception
was that it was a riding lesson, where I was being acclimatized to being caught
up in the Spirit.

QUESTION: How would you interpret "flying" in dreams?
JOHN PAUL: Usually when we are "flying" in dreams, we are often sitting
on a bed, chair, car, or something that supports the weight of our bodies.
However, there are times when we find ourselves flying without any means of
support. In either situation, it is a means of God letting you know that you are
moving in
His Spirit. You should not interpret this as God's endorsement of your maturity!
It may simply mean that you are flowing with God as a spiritual infant or
toddler.
Another type of "flying" that occurs in dreams is when God miraculously
transports your spirit to another place to show you what is happening or what
will happen there.

For example, Elisha had this experience when he exposed Gehazi's
greed (2 Kings 5:25-26).

The apostle Paul may have had this experience when he wrote,
"Though I am absent in the flesh, I am with you in spirit..." (Colossians 2:5).

He also wrote "as I am absent in body, but present in spirit, I
have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that has done this
deed" (1 Corinthians 5:3).

The apostle John experienced this type of flying when he wrote:
"So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness..." (Revelation 17:3).
Remember, God is a supernatural being, who gives us glimpses of His awesome,
incomprehensible nature. As the apostle Paul wrote, "Eye has not seen, nor ear
heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared
for those who love Him" (1 Corinthians 2:9).
