6/10/20 HOW TO HAVE FAITH IN THE MIDST OF ADVERSARIES

Heard:   I have protected you Sweetheart.  A dilemma.  How to have faith in the midst of adversaries.

Lord there’s faith in Your blood, Word, angelic help.  But the bottom line is simply being in relationship with You.  YOU are my defense.

Exactly.  I am with you.

CONFIRMATION

Tonight Wayne read Psalm 23 during our prayer time.  It was such a precious confirmation to what I heard this morning about being in the midst of adversaries.  Sometime this month I saw principalities in the sky looking in.  I heard, we are watching.  I felt it was meant as a word of intimidation, but I immediately countered with this scripture:

Ephesians 3:10  (AMPC)

10 [The purpose is] that through the church the [a]complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.

God uses us to show His amazing ways to the principalities, that He can use US - most weak vessels to display His amazing works in all things. We are despised by them, but honored by our God.

PSALM 23- HOW TO HAVE FAITH IN THE MIDST OF ADVERSARIES

1.     We are in need of nothing, because the Lord Himself is our Shepherd.

Psalm 23:1-6 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2.      We rest with food to eat and water to drink.

2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.

3.      He chooses a righteous path for us to walk, knowing that a righteous walk protects our faith from shipwreck.

3 He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4.      He is with us, so we do not fear evil or death.  His rod of power protects us and His Shepherds staff comforts us.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.

5.     Even though we are watched by principalities looming over us, our heads are anointed with His oil so that we are not tormented.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

6.      We dwell with the Lord all our days with His goodness and mercy.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

PRAYER:   Lord thank You so much for the privilege to know You, trust You, and walk with You on earth.  Yes we have eternity yet to come.  But right now, You are here for you promised never, ever to leave us… Never to forsake us… Never to abandon us!  You are Faithful oh Lord to keep us, Your precious children!  We are truely grateful.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and keep you from evil.

John 17:15 I pray not that you should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from the evil.
