2/06/20 AN EXERCISE TO BREAK THROUGH LIMITS

When thinking about the following exercise, I remembered Bob Jones used to say he showed up for meetings with an empty head. 

HEARD: 

No preconceived ideas.  Brain health, the mind of Christ.  See the patterns, see how they connect.  Many crossroads.  I saw inside a brain with all the neurons and dendrites going in different directions.  Going full circle all the way back to the beginning when you first started with Me.

Last night after my PM devotions, I felt led to turn on YouTube and listen to scriptures.  I typed in scriptures and many options came up for hearing random verses playing one by one. 

I was still in the groove of listening and so before the first scripture came on, I had the idea of seeing if He would speak to me through partnering with scriptures.  I had never done or thought of this before.  Upon the first scripture I was excited!  Having no idea what each scripture would be, I waited on the Lord, then could hardly wait to take YouTube off pause to hear the scripture it would share!  I kept doing this until the unction left:  [1.  Pause to listen.  2.  Write it down.  3 Turn YouTube scripture back on for the next scripture in line.]

In 2019 I suffered writer’s block in the area of hearing/ seeing and did SO many attempts to breakthrough.  This was a perfect exercise to help me breakthrough even more!  The colors represent common dominators and here is the color key:

SUMMARY OF MY TIME WITH HIM:

SHOW – I will highlight and spotlight to show you My way. My light shall show you My the path to take.

TEACH – I shall be your Teacher and teach you My paths. I will teach you apples of wisdom. I shall give you My wisdom in answers and understanding.  I will equip you with all that you need to know.

WALK – Your path is already written in your book of life. I will lead you in My way.  Your path shall be straight.  It is a road that is well marked.  Simply follow through and walk it out. 

BREATHE – I will breath upon you and give you inspiration.  You shall hear My spoken Words as manna.  You shall also hear your spirit and inner heart speaking to you instruction.

CANOPY – I will protect and preserve your well-marked path. It is a safe road because I am your shield.

·       I waited on the Lord and saw a magnifying glass.

o   Psalm 25:4 Show me your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.

 

·       I heard United according to My will.  I saw an apple which can represent teaching.

o   Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should later receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing where he went.

o   That reminded me that we are all going in the same direction, even though we are unsure of where!

 

·       I saw a pencil. I heard manuscript, document. It is all recorded in your book of life.

o   Psalm 5:8 Lead me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before my face.

 

·       I saw a road.  Heard: Walk it out.  Well marked.  Follow through.

o   James 1:5-6 Ask for wisdom and faith.

 

·       Heard: I will breathe upon you. Inspiration.

o   Isaiah 30:21 And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk you in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.

 

·       Heard:  I will give you wisdom, stay tuned.  Surely no good thing shall be withheld from you.  Answers.

o   Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.

 

·       Heard: Equip.  All that you need.

o   Psalm 31:3 For you are my rock and my fortress; therefore for your name's sake lead me, and guide me.

 

·       I saw a candle.  Then I saw a candle wax seal.  My seal of approval.

o   John 8:12 Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

 

·       Keep going.  I saw a spaghetti noodle being drawn out in a straight line.  I remembered that example pastor Dale shared that He leads us, doesn’t push us.

o   Psalm 61:2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto you, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

 

·       I saw a kitten licking.  Many tongues.   Assure you, your spirit is speaking.

o   Psalm 143:8 Cause me to hear your lovingkindness in the morning; for in you do I trust: cause me to know the way in which I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto you.  [Soul here means breath]

 

·       Canopy. Hidden under My wing.  Your future.  Well protected.  A safe road.

·       I saw the palm of a hand.  It represents giving good gifts.

o   Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD gives wisdom: out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. 7 He lays up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a shield to them that walk uprightly. 8 He keeps the paths of justice, and preserves the way of his saints. 9 Then shall you understand righteousness, and justice, and equity; yea, every good path.

 

·       I saw a river.  I heard a continually flowing stream.

o   Psalm 16:7 I will bless the LORD, who has given me counsel: my heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
 

o   John 10:3-4 To him the gatekeeper opens; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. 4 And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

CONFIRMATION FROM GARBE

Such fun!  I just read  my emails and this was Garbe's  response to another post.  I felt it was EXACTLY what I did here in the above exercise. He was STIRRING MY GIFTS, MIXING WAYS HE SPEAKS AND INCREASING MY FAITH!

2 Timothy 1:6 Therefore I remind you that you stir up the gift of God, which is in you by the laying on of my hands.

GARBE:  Yesterday, I had an eye glance to my kitchen rug. It sits under the sink. I was deliberately made to SEE the one word on the rug, among many kitchen words. That word was:  STIR

I said:  What are You saying, Papa? I received: Stir my Words within you.

I thought: Okay, I will.

Then, my eyes quickly caught: MIX When my eyes caught that word, I received: Mix all the different ways I speak, and the stirring will cause your FAITH to GROW into a solid foundation. You will be established.
