IPOD BIBLE: I had downloaded some free MP3 bibles into my IPOD 2 days ago and have spent the last 2 days filling up with His Word through my earphones.

PRAYER TIME: On the way to church I also had an extraordinary prayer time. Instead of speaking my prayers, I thought them and they were a combination of intercession, scriptures and prophesying that was one steady stream where I couldnt tell the difference between the prayer, the scriptures or the prophesy. I suddenly noticed how it was all flowing and felt that it was a result of having spent so much time listening to the Bible through my ears!

CONFIRMATION PRAYER ROOM: When I arrived at church, one of our intercessors saw a swirling light around my head. And that was neat, because after I prayed about it, the Lord imparted to me that He was washing my mind with His Word. I knew this was related to the prayer time I had on the way to church.

REVELATION UPDATE: I have been hearing the term "Brain dance" recently. And a friend told me last night on the phone that just as I told her about the leak in the roof over my head in bed, her husband was reading a Word in his notes where the Lord was raining through our roofs onto our hardened places.

She and her husband are also suffering leaky roofs this year: Here is where he was reading in his own notes when I was speaking to his wife about our leaking roof:

5/20/2006 The roof is leaking! God's Rain is a blessing that inspite of the roof He will penetrate to the hard places that need His touch & blessing - Anointing! What room has received the water?)

This REALLY hit me strongly. I had been reading about the term repent, which means to change one's mind. The Lord has been talking to me for a few years about mindsets and they are literally set minds.... hard places that don't yield to His way of thinking and will. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy and it is because of our set minds. Mind-sets keep us from being prompt to believe God.

At an early age, the Lord gave me a deep hunger for His Word. I have read the Bible through over 30 times since I got saved. I still hunger daily for God's Word. I have found that if you use Bible CDs and LISTEN/READ ten chapters per day, (five in the morning and five at night) that you can read through the entire Bible in just four months. Last year I used this method and read through the entire Bible two times in eight months and I read through the entire New Testament three times in the last four months of the year. The Word says, "Faith comes by HEARING...the Word of Jesus." Romans 10:17 I cannot tell you how faith has increased in my life through the LISTENING/READING of the Word.

WORD TO PONDER: WASHING YOUR BRAIN WITH MY WORD 6/11/06

I AM transforming you and giving you the mind of Christ. As you hear My Word, I will quicken morsels of revelation with application to your life. My Word carries a power all its own, and as often as you listen, I wash and renovate you.

I will repeat My Words in areas of your life that are hardened, set in its ways, and unyielding. Through a process of time, there shall be a wearing away of the mind-sets that hold you captive into old patterns. I will break up the fallow minds and rain liberally upon the brains of My people. Soon you shall see evidence of having the mind of Christ.
