TRANSITION:  BLOOPER WITH A PROMISE  5/09/05

PRECIOUS WORD: When I turned on my Pocket PC, I turned to my children's photo. I prayed for them that the Lord would grace them through this transition. Then my finger accidentally opened a file and it turned to this Word.

RAISING A CHOSEN GENERATION 6/5/99

I have given birth to a chosen generation. They may call themselves generation X, as though they have no aim, no purpose. But I will light their candles and turn them upright to Me. Where the enemy has tried to X them out, I turn their X into My cross. As they die to the world, they will live for Me. I will give them a future and a hope.

 

I have built a bridge that shall raise them safely above the dark storms churning beneath their feet. Even as a bridge over troubled waters, I will carry them.

 

“For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jer 29:11 TLB)

CONFIRMATION: I went to my niece's graduation and was amazed. They too sang the same Bridge over Troubled Waters song. Both my son and husband graduated to that song!

RHEMA 7/28/03 BLOOPERS - JUST TO SEE IF YOU ARE LISTENING

HEARD: Happy day for you Sonshine. My love to you forever.

VISION: I saw someone come out of a closet door.

HEARD: Frolic.

VISION: I saw a glad flower in full bloom and realized it was a prophetic pun for the word glad.

I was thinking about how God blesses us through our bloopers, I

HEARD: Bloopers. Just to see if you are listening.

SUMMARY: He delights in giving us joy-filled days where our hearts are glad. One of the ways He does this is to open our eyes to the mistakes and crazy bloopers we do, and then He quickens them with life and we see the parable of His Word to us. It is like tongue in cheek, “I just wanted to make sure you are listening!” smile.....
