9/20/19 BE OF GOOD CHEER

HEARD:  The joy of having a daughter. 

Resolute.  Faith.  A righteous king.  I am establishing you dear one.  Its learning to rule and reign while seated with Me.  Yes in partnership. 

Ephesians 2:6 And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Revelation 3:21 To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father in his throne.

1 John 5:4-5 For whoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

REVELATION:  Yesterday while driving this scripture came to mind:

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

I was pondering why we should be happy that Jesus overcame, when we are in tribulations.  What came to me is that we are not overcomers on our own.  It is only as we are in Jesus that we overcome.  Then it was imparted to me that because Jesus overcame the devil, He won the reward and imparted what He received to us and that gives us good cheer!  I wondered if there was a scripture that showed that.

Today I looked up the word overcome and found this scripture to confirm this. It was such a fun and timely revelation.

Luke 11:22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he takes from him all his armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoils.

WORD TO PONDER: BE OF GOOD CHEER 9/22/19

Precious hearts, I see all your efforts in overcoming and ruling over your circumstances and the world.  I told you to be of good cheer because I never expected you to overcome on your own.  You can do nothing without Me, and because I overcame, now you can overcome.  All things are done in and through Me.  I have passed all that I received from My overcoming onto you.  Yet even with My inheritance, I do not expect you to overcome on your own.  As you cling to Me and live your life through Me, we rule together.  So yes be of good cheer. You not only have all that I received in inheritance, but you have Me with you, in you and through you.  Is not our precious relationship what matters the most?
