THAT WE WOULD STAND WITH OUR TROOPS AND PRAY

HOW WE ARE PRAYING:

1. Abba Father, we are all sinners and have profusely failed to live righteous lives. Please forgive our sins and cover us by the blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You that although we can not justify ourselves, You have chosen to justify us through Jesus. Lord, at this time in our world history, we as Christians choose to rise up to be the salt of the earth and to preserve her through our prayers. (Matt 5:13, 1 Cor 6:11)

2. Thank You for the authority to forgive sins and also deliver those who are not innocent. Thank You that our prayers do make a difference. (John 20:23; Job 22:30)

Lord, for our sakes please cover those who are not believers by Jesus’ blood. We forgive their sins and ask that they be delivered from destruction in Jesus Name. In Jesus name, we pray this over our troops, over all our nations and especially over Israel. We ask that these people will live to say that You, God Almighty, saved them from destruction so they could one day know Jesus Christ as their Savior.

3. We ask that You will draw the church around the world to unite in prayer that Your Kingdom will come on earth as it is in heaven. We surrender to Your Sovereignty and ask that You will have Your way in the raising up and the removing of world powers, as to Your choice for the sake of Your Kingdom in Jesus Name. (Psa 2:1-4)

4. We pray for our leaders that You will give them the mind of Christ, with wisdom, revelation, understanding and knowledge. We ask that Your plans will be their plans. We bind all sources of confusion away from our leaders and loose to them clear minds to make righteous decisions. (1 Tim 2:2)

5. We ask that You will supernaturally come in Your cloud and cover the middle east. As our troops mount up, we ask that Your supernatural peace cover them and bring them clarity of mind and purpose. In Jesus Name, we bind all fear and confusion off of them. We loose to them supernatural strength to rise up and go forth.

6. We ask that You will divinely use the weather patterns for the sake of good and that the enemy will not be allowed to use them for his evil intent. We loose the weather to cover our troops when it is vital and to bring them clear vision when it is necessary. We loose the winds, the oceans and even rains to be used for the Kingdom sake and not for evil in Jesus Name.

7. We ask that all our equipment will be protected from curses, accidents and dysfunction. We speak the blood of Jesus over all our equipment and ask that it will be used for Your Kingdom’s sake. We loose our equipment to protect lives and bring deliverance. We ask that You will supernaturally intervene and protect us from friendly fire. May our troops live with no regrets in the use of their equipment in the Name of Jesus.

8. In spite of the confusion of fire, smoke, sand, noise and weaponry, we pray for our troops and leaders that they will have the eyes to see, ears to hear and the hearts to know the right choices on the right path. In the Name of Jesus, we pray they will be able to rise above the confusion and clamor and fear with supernatural purpose and peace.

9. We ask for a holy fear to fall upon the nations that resist Your will so that they would surrender peacefully. We ask for a special covering over them so that their leaders will not retaliate against their own people, but they would be saved from destruction so that they may live to receive the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that Israel and all nations would be saved from destructive retaliation so that they too will come to know Jesus Christ.

10. We ask that the Islamic weapons and demonic weapons be rendered null and void and unable to hit their targets. We speak the blood of Jesus Christ over the weapons of mass destruction and pray Your supernatural intervention over their use. Abba, please have mercy on an unrighteous world, we are all sinners Lord. If we received what we deserved, there would be none alive today. Our lives are in Your hands, Oh Lord.

11. We ask that the wealth of the middle east be preserved for the sake of the righteous. That this wealth will be used for Your Kingdom. We ask that the middle east will open up as a mission field ripe and ready for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

12. Lord above all, we do not trust in our weapons, our military might, but in You Oh Lord. You alone are our strength and help in times of trouble.

Some nations boast of their armies and weapons, but we boast in the LORD our God.

Those nations will fall down and collapse, but we will rise up and stand firm. Give victory to our king, O LORD! Respond to our cry for help.

But now, O Israel, the LORD who created you says: "Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I gave Egypt, Ethiopia, and Seba as a ransom for your freedom. Others died that you might live. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you.

STANDING IN THE GAP FOR OUR TROOPS

Over Those Who Are Our Children In The Spirit

{adapted from Psalms 91}

Our sons and daughters who are in the middle east (and all around the world) walk forth under the shelter of the Most High and find rest under the shadow of the Almighty.

This we declare of the LORD: because He alone is our refuge, our place of safety; He is our God, and we are trusting Him.

For He will rescue our children from every trap and protect them from the fatal plague.

He will shield them with His wings. He will shelter our children with His feathers. His faithful promises are their armor and protection.

Our faithful warriors will not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor fear the dangers of the day,

Nor will they dread the plague that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday.

Though the death angel is near their side, these evils will not touch our children.

They will see it with their own eyes; they will see how the wicked are punished.

Because we their parents have made the LORD our refuge, and do make the Most High our shelter,

No evil will conquer them; no plague will come near their dwelling.

For He orders His angels to protect them wherever they go.

They will hold our children with their hands to keep them from stumbling.

Our sons and daughters will trample down lions and poisonous snakes; they will crush fierce lions and serpents under their feet!

The LORD says, "I will rescue those who are not innocent, because you love Me. I will protect your children because you trust in My name.

When you call on Me, I will answer; I will be with your children in trouble. I will rescue them and honor them.

I will satisfy them with a long life and give them My salvation."
