WOA HORSE!  SEE JANE RUN

The Lord has a wonderful sense of humor.  Someone in the QW Class sent me the following response to the Simple Class Lesson on Interpretation.  The lesson was about my seeing a vision of standing directly underneath a basketball hoop, and the basketball representing waiting for the Word of God to come.

Her answers are in the [brackets]:

1.      I knew what season we were in.

[We play cricket so it must be summer]

2.      I knew what I was supposed to do right now.

[Duck there is a big ball coming]

3. I knew what I would be doing immediately after.

[Go OUCH! I didn't duck in time.]

She was being funny, however she had NO idea how strongly it hit me between the eyes as His Word!

Lately I have been dealing with reluctance in hearing the Lord about a certain issue.

RHEMA 8/06/09  STOP RUNNING

HEARD:  Why would I send you?

HEARD:  See Jane run.  Daughter stop running.  We want you to understand.

[In 1st and second grade we used to read books called See Jane Run. She had a dog named Spot, which is also prophetic!]

PIX:  I saw a large horse standing there with his ears taped up.

PIX: I saw a horse bucking.

HEARD:  Bucking horse.

HEARD:  You understand very well sweetheart.  All the above.

PRAYER:  Lord in places where we are reluctant to hear Your Word, please forgive us, please heal us and please grant us grace to stop running and kicking.

Thank you for loving us so much that You send us Your Words in creative ways and for not giving up on trying to reach us.  in Jesus Name.

Acts 9:5 AMP
And Saul said, Who are You, Lord? And He said, I am Jesus, Whom you are persecuting. It is dangerous and it will turn out badly for you to keep kicking against the goad [to offer vain and perilous resistance].

Ps 32:8-9  NKJV

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.  Do not be like the horse or like the mule, Which have no understanding, Which must be harnessed with bit and bridle, Else they will not come near you.
