2/16/15  WILL YOU SIT WITH ME?

HEARD:  Prophet Moses. 

VISION:  I saw the back of someone and he lifted a lid.  I saw a beautiful glorious light come flooding out of the lid. 

HEARD:  Will you sit with Me? 

When Moses intimately met with the Lord, he came to the ark where God promised to commune with him there.   The word revelation in the Greek means to lift the lid to uncover or reveal something.  On top of the ark was a lid that was called the mercy seat.  God wants to teach us through a process of revelation and His heart is FOR us.  In His loving kindness and mercy He is wanting to commune with us each day.

Exodus 25:20-22 And the cherubim shall stretch forth their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall face one another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim be. 21 And you shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark; and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you. 22 And there I will meet with you, and I will commune with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give you in commandment unto the children of Israel.

Numbers 7:89 And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of meeting to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubim: and he spoke unto him.

2 Samuel 6:2 And David arose, and went with all the people that were with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts who dwells between the cherubim.

Hebrews 9:3-5 And behind the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; 4 Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, in which was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant; 5 And over it the cherubim of glory shadowing the mercy seat; of which we cannot now speak particularly.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

2/02/15 MATURITY – LEARNING HOW TO UNPACK NUGGETS

Vision:  I saw something that was leaning, begin to stand up straight.  

Heard:  I went to the website and found something funny that I had not read in a while.  Compressed picture. 

When the Lord gives us His Word, often it is compressed and in order to more fully understand it, we have to unpack it.  It is like a zipped file that is squished together and needs to be unzipped to get the encryption out of the letters.

A sign of maturity is when we need more of Him, we spend time unpacking what He gives us in nugget form and study the parts, ponder how they apply, pray over them, and do Word studies on the scriptures.  It takes a morsel and multiplies it into a meal and we go away satisfied and strengthened to stand.  This is sitting with the Lord, leaning upon Him to guide us, teach us and feed us something relevant and quickened for the day.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

1 Corinthians 13:9-11 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

2/21/15  SIT WITH THE LORD IN THE MORNING

HEARD:  Sit with Me.  My eye then glanced to the phrase, The best morning coffee.

Value.  What’s the value in flying?  You will find out pretty soon sweet one.  Everything He has given in the kingdom is broken down into smaller pieces.  I taught you.

1 Corinthians 13:9-11 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Luke 11:13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

WORD TO PONDER:  WILL YOU SIT WITH ME?  2/16/15

When you learn to give Me your time and sit with Me every day, I draw near.  Dear ones, I hear you calling upon My Name and wanting more from Me.  When I am near, like baby birds, you cry out and flap your wings.  As you open your mouth to receive and flap your wings of faith, I give you morsels and teach you.  Through a process of revelation and quickening I show you how to draw from Me all that you need for each day. 

Learn to expand what I give in morsel form by praying over those things that are quickened to you.  Ask, seek and knock.  Search them out, ponder them, study them, let the scripture come alive as you learn to study it and apply it to your life.  I AM building a solid life and foundation of faith inside of you piece by piece.  Grow up dear ones and learn to fly!
