RHEMA 5/29/12  WHY WONT THEY EAT MEAT?

Today I had a revelation through scripture that was an answer to a question I have had for almost 3 decades.

Throughout the 30 years I have been sent behind the scenes to people who are not interested in receiving certain types of Words from the Lord.  They complain and become uninterested because they are wanting easy to swallow Words that are clear and without the need for study, meditation, prayer and chewing.  There is a dislike in chewing strong meat. 

And then on the other side of the fence in a public way, I have ministered to so many who are hungry for these Words and continue to send me confirmations and appreciation. When the Lord first woke me up spiritually to a hunger for rhema, I cut my spiritual teeth on chewing riddles when Grandma Anna would send me Words and poems she heard the Lord share with her, in regards to me.  For a short while, I really scratched my head… what IS this?  If you remember the word “manna” in the OT means “What is it?” 

Deut 8:16-17 NKJV

…who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers did not know, that He might humble you and that He might test you, to do you good in the end —  17 then you say in your heart, 'My power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth.'

Yes manna IS a test and it has a way of raising us up into maturity to where we finally pass our tests!  By that time, we have become so accustomed to manna that we hunger for it and LOVE to chew as a form of intimate fellowship with Him.  We have learned to wait upon Him for another morsel that brings clarity and understanding to what we questioned and it becomes a time of closeness with Him to receive these.  

Rev 2:17 NKJV

"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it."'

Josh 5:12 NKJV

Then the manna ceased on the day after they had eaten the produce of the land; and the children of Israel no longer had manna, but they ate the food of the land of Canaan that year.

REVELATION:  Today I was listening to scripture on my iTouch the following really leaped out at me.  I had a revelation about an intercession over those who wont eat meat.  I suddenly realized that the reason they wont eat strong meat is because they are yet carnal and locked in unbelief.  It is their level of carnality that causes them to remain immature and without an appetite for the meat of God.  God is calling His remnant to go higher and leave the milk behind. 

1 Cor 3:1-3 NKJV

And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; for you are still carnal.

CONFIRMATION 5/30/12:  Paul Keith Davis quoted the same scripture in his video blog, saying it was time to grow up and no longer ask questions of God about how much we can get away with.  He also quoted the following, stopping at verse 5, saying we are now at the place where we will taste of the powers to come. 

Heb 5:12-6:6 NKJV

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this we will do if God permits.

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

REVELATION:  It hit me strongly that PK stopped at verse 5.  It is a parable that God is drawing a dividing line for those who are yet carnal to NOT taste of the powers to come.  Why?  Because they will not be given the gift to be able to repent if they fall again AFTER having tasted of that power.  There is a dividing line of holy commitment and for safety sake for all involved, that door will not open to those who are yet carnal.

Proceed To The Next New Level

 

In a profound encounter the Spirit of God said, “It is time to go to the next new level!” I was instructed to prepare a remnant of Believers to position themselves to advance to the next new level. I said Lord, “I don’t like the word remnant, and it seems too selective.” He replied! “Don’t misunderstand this invitation of advancement is open to all who will obey. Gender or age makes no difference, it is an issue of the heart.” All are called but few will come!

… There is a wonderful grace offered for us to advance in the times of adversity! The invitation is extended to all saints; however, by a lack of commitment many will disqualify themselves. This is a time to be desperate for the revealed glory of God. One of the marks of these overcomers will be hunger and complete dissatisfaction with business as usual.

WORD TO PONDER:  GROWING UP TO EAT MEAT  5/29/12

I AM sending strong meat to My people, through Words, parables, riddles and supernatural experiences so that they will return to Me and ask questions.  Chew, ponder, meditate, ask, pray, recall My Words and Ways that cause you to wonder.  Yes dear hearts, it is ME.  I AM knocking on your doors with My love, I AM giving you what you need to grow to the next level.  Learn to chew your meat and spit out the bones.  Learn to separate the holy from the profane.  Understand My Word through My heart of love and not the grid of anger. 

I hear your longings to hear Me clearly, with understanding and relevance.  I understand this has been a long journey for you with My continued knocking on the doors of your heart.  Beloveds the reason you do not hear Me clearly is because you are yet carnal, living according to your flesh and not by My Spirit.    When you begin to make the right choices to lay down your flesh, become obedient to My Word and Ways, you will find that strong meat is the course of choice.  It will build you, strengthen you, encourage you and give you endurance to remain persistent and never give up.
