Revelation: I just realized that death valley’s name is Death Valley.

SANDY COMMENT: My sense is that even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, and are in the presence of enemies we need to agree with the Lord’s heart and perspective that goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our life.

WORD TO PONDER: THE VALLEY OF DEATH OR THE GATEWAY OF HOPE? 1/19/13

Yes I understand that you shudder when you hear the visions of the prophets and consider how they apply in your day. Beloved, do not give up hope in the power of prayer to stand in the gap. Stand in the fault lines, those places that offend the righteous, holy justice of God. Much judgment can be lessened and much can be delayed into the final days of the wrath that will come upon all unrighteousness. Those days are upon those who have chosen not to repent of wickedness and have refused My love and truth.

Change your perspectives dear one, and know that I can change the valley of death into the valley of trouble and then transform the valley into a gateway of hope. Yes as the world passes through this valley, it will be in the presence of many enemies. Fear not, for even then I AM your good Shepherd and I will restore your soul, lead you on My path of righteousness, comfort you, feed you and anoint your head with oil. My goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life.
