RHEMA 5/11/11  TO BE HIS FRIEND

HEARD:  My dear friend.  I have something to tell you.  Will you listen?  To have a friend you must be a friend.

Prov 18:24 NKJV

A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

James 2:23-24

And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Prov 17:9

He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates friends.

Prov 27:6

Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

MY FRIENDS  3/06/04

Some will betray Me.  Some will compromise and some will be faithful all the way.  Yes My love, it has been that way since the beginning...

And even when I already knew the outcomes, I chose to love.  And even so it is the same with My gifts and callings.  They are irrevocable…

Yes precious one, now you know.  I have given you a glimpse into Mine own heart.  How I long for friends, just like you do!  How I long to be one of those, just as you call them. - kindred hearts.  How it melts My heart when I see them suffer because they love Me and continue to choose to love Me no matter what.  I AM all powerful, all knowing and always present.  I always was and always will be.  And yet only you can give Me volunteer love.  And now you know.  How I feel.

John 15:13  NKJV

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends.

MY FRIENDS LISTEN 4/09/05

A man is known by the Words he keeps.  This is a hard truth dear ones, but understand the meaning.  My friends listen to My Words and treasure them.  He who hears and heeds you, My servant, also hears and heeds Me.  If he treasures My Word, his heart is with Me.  If he treasures your Words as being My servant, his heart is also with you. By this My friends are being increasingly known and manifested to each other. You shall know them and they shall know you.  There will come a day when you will choose your friends as I do.

Luke 10:16 AMP

He who hears and heeds you [disciples] hears and heeds Me; and he who slights and rejects you slights and rejects Me; and he who slights and rejects Me slights and rejects Him who sent Me.

John 15:20-21 NKJV

Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.

John 14:23-24 NKJV

Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.

TO BE EQUALLY YOKED WITH ME AND ONE ANOTHER 1/17/11

To be equally yoked with Me and with one another, that is My earnest desire.  It is My good work to bring My Friends, My Bride, My remnant into this position.  First submission and obedience to the King.  Next to grow up in maturity.  Finally to rule and reign along side of Me, where we see one another face to face and are positioned in divine rule.  Come My friends and rise higher by laying all down at the foot of the cross.  Opinions, debate, ambitions, self defense and all manner of flesh, lay it down beloveds and become My friends.

2 Cor 6:14-18 NKJV

Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people."  17 Therefore "Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you."  18 'I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

CONFIRMATION:  Today I found out Bob Jones has a new book called "You Are My Friend."  I am very excited to order and read it.  Bob Jones is a friend to God and a prophetic father to generations.
