TIME TO MAKE A DECISION  9/28/07 

HEARD:  God has something important for you to do.  Make a decision.

{I received that through interpretation of my tongues. I knew I was speaking it in tongues but I clearly heard it in English.} 

UNDERSTANDING:  There are times when the Lord circles us around a decision in our life.  We look at it from many angles and then He says it is time to make a decision.  He does not press us for that until we have examined it from many view points and known the ramifications of what works and doesnt.  It if is an exceptionally hard decision, He will allow us to literally walk it out in our circumstances so that we will have a “taste” of the various things that dont work.   It is so that we will understand it is a serious crossroads and truly be able to stand on the other side of the decision, knowing that even though hard, it was the only right way to choose.  He has been wrapping up many things in this hour and bringing us to decisions that will forever change our path.

“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.?  (1 Cor 4:5 KJV)

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!  For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

POEM:  IN THE VALLEY OF DECISION  4/25/05

Looking at the valley of decision,

I see many wrestle with derision.

Nations of people are circling with care

Through a revolving door that’s standing there.

Over and over they circle and strive.

Contemplating lives, and what they’ve contrived.

Tis time to harvest their baskets of seed.

Acknowledging the fruits of all their deeds.

Wandering and circling through that door,

They grow sick of knowing what’s in store.

More of the same from patterns engrained

Until they choose no more of the same.

Having gone through the sifter with pain

Finally facing the truth and with shame.

Hardened places are broken and refined.

Facing fact of what’s passed through time.

Moving forward at the crossroads of choice

With wrenching hearts and cheeks that are moist,

They look to the right and look to the left.

Weighing the losses from what is bereft.

The flesh or My Spirit, which will they choose?

Their flesh has kicked and become so bruised.

Will they turn back through the revolving door?

Or make their choice not knowing what is in store?

The flesh reaps corruption, loss and decay.

My Spirit brings life, walking in My way.

The road is narrow, with purpose and plan.

Counting flesh for loss from the heart of man.

My glory is coming, My joy made known.

My treasures revealed from depths not shown.

My love’s forever; eternity’s here.

Heaven’s on earth, My Presence is near.

To the left or the right, all will elect.

One way to embrace, one way to reject.

People will split at the crossroads of life.

Making their choice about all their strife.

Others will wait for loved ones to revolve

Through that door of what’s not resolved.

But lines of demarcation are coming for real.

Separating lives with passion and zeal.

One for the flesh and one for My Spirit.

Producing their fate, from what they merit.

Oh God have mercy for those on the turn.

Draw them to You, let Your love not be spurned.

We are all human and fail in our sin,

Seeking comfort for flesh thinking we’ll win.

Only with Your grace can we follow truth

Separating our lives from what’s uncouth.

Your Spirit wont strive forever with men.

Let us be prompt to lay down the sin.

Move us forward past that revolving door.

Towards the right, seeking You for more.
