THE REGIONS ARE PRE-DETERMINED BY GOD

PRAYER MEETING 10/13/06

PIX:  When one of our intercessors was praying about our university I saw Elijah’s cloud the size of a man’s hand in the distance.  Then I saw on the south side of the school stadium, that it was raining fish.  It was only in a certain part of the stadium.  I felt the south wind had brought the fish in and the south wind brings the winds of deliverance.

CONFIRMATION:  One of our intercessors who did not yet know what I saw, she saw rain being sent and also withheld over certain regions.  It was determined by God, as in the same kind of boundaries being established.  When I saw the fish only in a certain part of the stadium, I could not see over the top of the roof ledge to see if this was the beginning of the small cloud that had blown in and if there was more to come, or if it was only raining fish in that one area.  I felt that what she saw answered my question, that what I saw was determined by God. 

1 Kings 18:42-45 NKJV

And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, "Go up now, look toward the sea."  So he went up and looked, and said, "There is nothing." And seven times he said, "Go again."  Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, "There is a cloud , as small as a man's hand , rising out of the sea!" So he said, "Go up, say to Ahab, 'Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.'"   Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain.
