RHEMA 4/04/08  THE GIFT OF GIVING:  ONLY ONE SOURCE OF LIFE

HEARD:  Almost nothing to give.  Despondent. 

HEARD:  Your assignment.  To watch with Me. 

HEARD:  Sweetheart inspect the fruit.

PIX:  I was inspecting a cluster of grapes and checking each grape to make sure there were no bugs and no flaws. 

HEARD:  Your fruit shall remain.  You do it gladly.  My wife.  Why would we ever want to go anywhere else?

HEARD:  Apart from Me, you can do nothing.

John 15:5 NKJV

"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing .

WORD TO PONDER:  ONLY ONE SOURCE OF LIFE  4/04/08

Always remember I ask you to give what you have to give, not what you dont have.  Precious, please do not compare yourself with others who seemingly are flourishing around you.  They have their own calling, gifts and fruitfulness.  I have not called you to keep up with their pace.  I give you grace to walk in your calling, not their calling.

You may feel unproductive, but beloved one, you have learned My secret of lasting fruit, which is to cling to Me.  I AM the miracle of seed and the Source of all life.  I deposit the seeds in your life, then you nourish and feed them when you abide in Me with faithful tenacity.  When you cling to Me as your life Source, I give what will sustain your seed through contrasting seasons.  Then once again as you trust that the harvest is Mine, you see the good fruit of what I have given you to give.  Beloved child, I AM the Source of life.  Apart from Me, you can produce nothing that will last.

John 6:63-64 NKJV

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

John 15:4-8 NKJV

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.  5 "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.  6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.  7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.  8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. 

John 15:15-17 NKJV

No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.  16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
