2. Covering yourself with light as with a cloak,
stretching out heaven like a {tent} curtain.
The Lord clothes Himself in light as with a virtuous
garment to depict His great authority in Heaven and in
creation. We are likewise called to be endowed with the
raiment of light that proceeds from Him. We are called
to be the light and salt of the earth.
The pure white light of Heaven will proceed from the
throne to be imparted into the spirit and soul of the
Lord's people to make us divine carriers of His virtue.
Many will encounter the lights of Heaven in private
worship and in corporate settings in amplified ways over
the coming months and years. The Apostle Paul once had
such an encounter and it transformed his life forever.
The Bible describes the Lord as our source of every good
thing coming down from the Father of lights in whom
there is no shifting shadow. (See James 1:17)
A "great light" will be offered to those who have
formally known darkness and gloom. Much like the promise
given to the land of Zebulun and Naphtali, the people
who walk in darkness will see a brilliant light and he
will make the latter time a glorious season. (See Isaiah
9:1-2) This is for the land "beyond the Jordan" as we
cross over into the day of promise. Illumination will be
coming to those who have formally embraced
traditionalism and religious structures and many will
now embrace divine light
The Color for This Year- White
The color for this year is white...specifically, white
light. There will emerge from the throne of Heaven great
deposits of Heavenly light into the spirit and soul of
the Church to ignite us on the course of destiny and
high purposes.
Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light
of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the
darkness, but will have the Light of life. (John 8:12)
There are many applications to white and even more as it
relates to light. Some pertain to the purity,
consecration and holiness that is to characterize God's
people. Light dispels the darkness of our soul as He
lights the candle of our innermost being.
Furthermore, it can relate to the priestly garments and
our call to minister to Him in the beauty of holiness.
Likewise, the white flag of surrender typifies the total
yielding of our spirit, soul and body to the will of the
Father.
One thing we know with certainty about light is that it
travels fast and straight. There are three basic ways to
manage "light."
1. Block it with some object thus creating a shadow.
2. Reflect it and change its path through the
reflection.
3. Bend it by making it pass into another material of
different density like water.
We can block the light of God with our unbelief or
reflect the great light to a lost and dying world. We
can also allow the light to rest in us as it comes
vertically from Heaven to be expressed through us
horizontally to a dark world.
The white light of God shines from Heaven into us.
However, it emerges from us in the seven expressions of
the Spirit as represented by the rainbow and the
sevenfold Spirit of God. Our hearts are to be like
diamonds that reflect this great light and the various
manifestations of His spirit providing the Spirit of the
Lord, the Spirits of Wisdom and Revelation, the Spirits
of Counsel and Might, the Spirits of Knowledge and
Reverential Fear.

RHEMA 10/23/03 DELIVERANCE AND FREEDOM AMONG TIMES OF
JUDGMENT
HEARD: Plan. I have a surprise for you coming
up. A bell tower.
DREAM: I saw a volcano erupt. We were at the
top part and when I saw the lava flow, I knew we needed
to get out of there. I saw a hunk of dry land break off
and start moving down. It had some green grass on it and
a tree. There were people already on the patch taking
the ride down, to escape the hot lava.

WORD TO PONDER THE BELL TOWER RINGS 10/23/03
Long we have waited for this hour of the great awakening
when in two opposite extremes, I ring the bell. Listen,
even now the bell tower is ringing. On one side, this
bell rings liberty for the captives! Break the cords of
the pain of delay and be released into your birthright.
It is My joy to give you the kingdom for such a time as
this. Deliverance, deliverance is coming, deliverance is
nigh, deliverance is here. Within the great irony of a
failing and fallen world, I will set My people free!
They will go forth amidst the fires, and yet they will
fear only their God, for they know the One Who is their
all consuming fire.
Those on the opposite side hear the same bell, but they
hear a different sound. Will they heed the warning?
Awake from your slumber! Rise from your beds of apathy
and pleasures and listen to the signs of the times. Like
the magma of a firey volcano, the consequences of
rebellion and sin are spewing out. The toll of the bell
rings warning, yet few will heed.
My love is so fierce that I will stop at nothing to
awaken those in Jezebel's bed. Come out My people, come
out! Separate yourselves. Turn to the only One Who can
save you from the ravages of sin. The earth grows hot
with the consequences of defiance, and the bell rings
for all who would listen. Come to your Maker and reject
Him not. For He alone holds the keys to your deliverance
for such a time as this.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - California's largest earthquake
in four years struck on Monday, causing Planet
Earth to ring "like a
bell" and mountains to grow a foot (30 cm)
taller, geologists said on Monday.
The magnitude 6.5 quake hit near the coastal city of San
Simeon almost exactly half way between San Francisco and
Los Angeles, setting high-rise buildings swaying in both
cities.
Earthquakes relieve pressure between clashing
continental plates. The plates float on the earth's
mantle, which has a putty like consistency and moves as
the earth's core heats it.
On Monday one piece of crust shoved beneath another
about 4.75 miles beneath the surface of the earth and at
the intersection of the Pacific and North American
plates, U.S. Geological Survey seismologists said
That sent tremors along America's west coast and beyond.
"For an earthquake this size, every single sand grain on
the planet dances to the music of those seismic waves,"
the Geological Survey spokesman Ross Stein said at a
news conference.
"You may not be able to feel them, but the entire planet
is rung like a bell."
The Monday earthquake struck on what is believed to be
the San Simeon thrust fault. Pressure in a thrust fault
is relieved when one piece of earth pushes up on top of
another, compared with lateral faults -- like the famous
San Andreas -- in which two piece of crust slide next to
one another.
Thrust faults produce mountains, and the San Simeon
quake probably improved the view from the nearby hills,
Stein said because, "mountains have probably been pushed
up about a foot or so by this earthquake."
The tremor was the biggest in California since 1999,
when the Hector Mine quake crashed through the desert
east of Los Angeles, and it packed about half the power
of the Northridge earthquake which shook Los Angeles a
decade ago.
Earthquake power is measured on a scale which increases
exponentially, so at 6.7 the Northridge quake was about
twice as powerful as the 6.5-magnitude San Simeon quake.
The Northridge quake was also one of the costliest
disasters in U.S. history, causing over $40 billion of
damage since it shook a heavily populated area.
Geologists expect smaller aftershocks of magnitude 5 to
continue for days, weeks and longer, and there is a 5
percent to 10 percent chance that Monday's quake was a
precursor to a bigger one.
The plates have created a patchwork of faults, said
Susan Hough, a seismologist at the United States
Geological Survey in the Los Angeles suburb of Pasadena.
"The crust is getting mangled over a zone," she said.
"As the plates move they are sort of grinding California
into ribbons," she said.
Eventually the movement will carve Mexico's Baja
California, the peninsula that juts south below San
Diego, California, off from the rest of Mexico.
But California is not going anywhere quickly.
From a geological perspective, the area has looked about
the same for 5 million years, Hough told Reuters.
"We are not falling into the ocean," she said.
