RHEMA 10/13/02 I REST UPON HE WHO TREMBLES

QUICKENED SONG: I woke with the song in my heart and reoccuring thoughts:

Heaven is My home and earth is My footstool. Where will My resting place be?

Isa 66:1-2  NKJV

Thus says the LORD:  "Heaven is My throne,  And earth is My footstool.  Where is the house that you will build Me?  And where is the place of My rest?  2 For all those things My hand has made,  And all those things exist,"  Says the LORD.  "But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit,  And who trembles at My word.

The Lord will rest upon those who fear Him and tremble at His Word. The dove came and rested upon Jesus. It is a high honor to have the Lord take His rest upon us.
