RHEMA 1/18/14 REMOVING THE SCARS OF YOUR PAST

VISION: I saw a thin line of scar remover salve being poured out on a photograph that had a scar in it.

[The Lord is going to dissolve the scars in our memories of the past.]

HEARD: I agree. Lid off. Not hiding. Confidence sweet one. Don’t hide. Reluctant. Don’t be ashamed. Reluctance, it will disappear.

INSERT STITCHES

1/25/14 dream: Someone came up to me on the ocean beach and said that recently every time he had to put healing salve on his stitches, he had to pull up on the stitch to break it free so it wouldn’t be embedded in the skin. He mentioned that tomorrow was the last day he had to do that and then he could let the wound totally close. His surgery was on the back of his neck for a stiff neck.

As I glanced at it, I remembered my own surgery. Mine was on my forehead to correct my wrong thinking about myself. I was wondering if I should help cut his stitch off so the knot would not get embedded like mine had done. Old wounds are like knots in a tree. When a tree becomes wounded, it grows a knot and everything circles and twists around it and leaves the tree marred.

Jeremiah 17:23 But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.

Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

DON’T LOOK BACK 7/3/02

The enemy is trying to distract you from moving on, moving forward into your inheritance. His ploy is to get you to look backward into the past and believe things will always be the same. He wants you to look at the old wounds and the old scars and remember. I say it is not impossible to change, the past is not too strong and as you focus on My Word and what I say, things shall indeed change. The past is all over, and the future is before you.

I came to loose and set you free. You have been living in great confinement and I want to expand your joys and borders into new territory. You see yourself with such limits. I see only your potential. I am re-defining who you are in Me. You have My favor, My precious one. Now align with My Word, for I want to establish and confirm you.

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, 22 who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” (2 Cor 1:20-22 NKJV)

HEALING THE CHILD 3/05/05

Within every human being is a wounded child that needs to be healed. Beloved one, when you receive a wound, you stop growing in that place in your life. Life grows up around you, and you keep growing into maturity with wings to fly in every area except where you were wounded. I AM wanting to raise up the tabernacle which has fallen inside of you and bring you into manhood. In order to do that, I want to heal the child places in your life which are so deeply disabling.

Old wounds are like knot holes in a tree. There is a circular pattern around the wound, and the closer you get to the knot hole, the more warped and perverted and out of shape it is. When people get near your wounded areas, you wince. The more tender those wounds are, the stronger you wince. The farther away they move from those places, the more normal and well balanced and stable you are... able to stand and function in an adult society with adult pressures.

It is important that You allow me to touch you in these wounded areas and bring healing. I want to flow through you and use you as My vessel. But, I do not want you to minister through your wounds before you are healed. This would cause you to spill poison onto others and also pervert truths and spill out bitterness, unforgiveness and self pity etc.

Until your wounds are healed, there will remain that unstable place. You have held up all these years with scar tissue and hardened places. My Spirit is spotlighting these places and bringing them into focus so I can wash them and draw out the poison. I AM taking the heart of stone and replacing it with a heart of flesh.

The closer you come to the anointing, the more I will approach these tender and sore places. The process of washing, although humbling, and makes you feel like a child and insecure, it is not something to be ashamed of, it simply is a part of the process. As you are willing to become vulnerable before Me in the holy place, I will allow this healing to take place in the secret places behind closed doors. I will supernaturally keep you, so that when you return to do your daily tasks, I will give you the ability to function without transparent pain.

2 Cor 3:2-3 NKJV

You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.

SCARS OF THE PAST: MIRACLES BEGIN IN THE HEART

Beloved, you are crying out to Me for your miracle. Your miracle is much more than the healing of your physical body and other losses. I AM establishing something inside of you that will fortify you to KEEP your miracle.

For years I have been knocking on your door to let go of your past, who you were, who you wanted to be, how you behaved, how others behaved in response, and all your failures to acquire the desires of your heart. New things replace the old thing. You can not have both.

Only you can let go of your past, no one else can do that for you. It is a change in your thinking, what you expect, what you look for. It is a change in who you think you are when in alignment with the truth of My Word about you. I say you are forgiven, favored, graced, chosen, anointed and equipped. My love keeps no record of wrongs, neither should you. My precious one, how can you go forth and love others when you dont love yourself as I love you? You must think differently. When you receive the miracle of thinking differently as according to My Word, all will be in place for you to keep your miracle, because the real miracle will have already taken place inside of you.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

DEEP REST AND REMOVING SCARS 5/05/08

There are times when I perform My holy work when in the midst of deep rest. My Spirit overshadows you and as you lay perfectly still, I remove old scars and emotional pain from you. Remember Adam! When I performed surgery on him, I removed loneliness from him and when I closed him up, I multiplied a good gift from what he lost. One rib lost and one wife to replace. Smile!

Beloved it is true today. Offer the scars of old memories and pain to Me, and places where you have felt abandoned and rejected I will erase them and give you multiplied blessings and gifts for your losses. Ask Me to visit you in My deep rest and sleep.

I LIFTED YOU UP AND REPAIRED YOUR SOUL 8/17/10

Precious ones, who have labored so hard to overcome... I know and see all. Yes, you have felt like a turtle, lumbering to gain headway against the obstacles. This has taxed your soul and you are frightened to hear My voice, lest you hope in vain. I have been sending you healing to your soul through many fashions and means. The old wounds have scars and no longer hurt when recalled into memory. I am building you up and granting you honor for all that you have suffered in your pursuit of Me. Precious ones, I AM lifting you up and bringing you to a better place. Fear not, for you are hearing My voice. Yes, it's OK to hope again. Look UP for your deliverance is nigh.

REDEEMED & REPAIRED - TWICE WHAT YOU HAD BEFORE 12/18/10

I AM sending a tidal wave of My Spirit to sweep over the masses. I have redeemed them from their destructions and will repair them, according to the promise of My Word. Beloveds, trust Me to redeem what you have lost and restore double unto you. Yes, I AM your God of Justice. Instead of shame, you shall have double honor and instead of confusion, you shall have great joy over your measure. Not only that, but as soon as you have been repaired, I will bring others to your door that need the same. Out of your scars, shall I anoint My touch and power through you to release them, also. What a grand finale to what the enemy meant for harm!

And they shall rebuild the old ruins, They shall raise up the former desolations, And they shall repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations. Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, And the sons of the foreigner Shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers. TURNING THE SCARS OF YOUR PAST INTO SOMETHING GOOD 1/01/11

I AM weaving a new way of thinking inside of you. Bring your scars to Me precious ones, for I will help you overcome them. Give each and every painful memory and carefully place it into My hands, for the works of My hands are Truth and Justice. I will weave them into a blanket of living color and comfort as I shed light on how I AM turning all things together from your past into good. For this is My covenant with you that I do so. I too wear scars, but it was those wounded stripes that now brings healing to multitudes. Even so I turn your own scars for good, for My works are both honorable and glorious.

BATTLE SCARS TURN TO HERO BADGES 6/9/98

Even though the enemy has tried to dismantle a chosen generation of youth, he will not succeed. For authority and promotion belong to Me. I will heal the wounds and turn them to scars. These scars will become hero badges in the spirituals and I shall lay upon the heads and shoulders of those wounded, a crowning wreath of victory. Every scar shall become a promotion and authority to deliver and heal others of the same wounds. Great shall be the compassion of My heroes!
