PULLING DOWN STRONGHOLDS
[Overcoming Mind-Sets Against
His Word of Truth]
WAYNE'S VISION: He saw a
bunch of smilie face balloons. Only instead of being
made with mylar like balloons, they were made of
leather. We each had weapons in our hands and we were
popping the balloons with the weapons.
The weapon the Lord gave me
was a feather pen. I laughed when I thought of it,
because a feather is so soft, weak, vulnerable and
touchy /feely. It can also be used for laughter, as in
tickling the soul. It is quite hilarious to me that He
uses such as a "weapon!" His loving ways are most
amazing.
INTERP: Leather is skin,
which represents the flesh. The smilie faces represents
bloated heads that are old wine skins of flesh filled
with air. He is going to deflate our opinions which keep
us from receiving the freedom that comes from accepting
His truth.
2 Cor 10:2-6 NKJV
But I beg you that when I am
present I may not be bold with that confidence by which
I intend to be bold against some, who think of us as if
we walked according to the flesh. For though we walk in
the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the
weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God
for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and
every high thing that exalts itself against the
knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity
to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish
all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

VISION: As I was thinking
about that scripture, I saw the picture of the wild,
black, kicking stallion in the movie Return to Snowy
River. He was raised up on his back legs.
HEARD: I have set your
forehead like flint against those who kick against My
Word.
Isa 50:4-9 NKJV
"The Lord GOD has given Me
The tongue of the learned, That I should know how to
speak A word in season to him who is weary. He awakens
Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear To hear as the
learned. The Lord GOD has opened My ear; And I was not
rebellious, Nor did I turn away. I gave My back to those
who struck Me, And My cheeks to those who plucked out
the beard; I did not hide My face from shame and
spitting. "For the Lord GOD will help Me; Therefore I
will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like
a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed. He is
near who justifies Me; Who will contend with Me? Let us
stand together. Who is My adversary? Let him come near
Me. Surely the Lord GOD will help Me; Who is he who will
condemn Me?
ANOINTED HANDS: As I was
pondering this, I turned to the following verse and I
had the sudden connecting download of revelation that
when we have strongholds or opinions in our minds, it
fortifies us like castles against hearing His voice. He
is melting through our castles so we can breakthrough
and hear Him! He is doing this with His love!
Isa 50:4-5 NKJV

nor did I turn away.

ROADBLOCK TO HEARING MY VOICE
My child, I have been
relentless in sending you My message through My weakest
of messengers. Always remember the reason I send you a
message to which you kick strongly against, is because I
AM sending an offensive weapon to pull down your
mind-set and opinions. Because of My love for you I have
kept on sending these messages even though you kick
against the pricks. You have kicked like a strong and
mighty wild stallion. You have not understood that the
greatest strength yet lies within the weakest of
vessels. These rely upon Me to help them pull down the
strongholds. These weak vessels do not seek their own
way or agenda, they bow low to please Me.
The strongholds in your mind
kick strongly against these weak vessels, but I have
fortified these messengers with foreheads set as flint
and they shall remain relentless until you finally
understand. You cry to hear My voice, to open your ears,
to open your eyes, to break the famine of hearing, and
yet the rebellion of your opinions have fortified your
heart from receiving the voice of My Word and My ways. I
long to embrace and answer your prayers, but the
strongholds in your opinions must fall first. Love will
find a way to penetrate the walls you have fortified
around your heart. Love will find a way.
