RHEMA 2/4/99: POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS

DELIVERANCE: During the night I saw some vultures following me in visions. I heard in the real far distance, “Halt!” It was so distant I didn't tune into what was said because I was watching the vultures. Suddenly they took off in a furious attack towards me and I said, “In Jesus Name!”

The crash was so fast and so sudden (as if bouncing off an invisible wall) it was done by the time I said, Name!” They had crashed to a blinding halt and were kept from coming closer. I was shocked by the experience, then I remembered the tiny voice that had said, “Halt!” I was blessed by this experience feeling very secure.

HEARD: Authority.

WORD TO PONDER POWER IN MY NAME 2/4/99

Vultures are attracted to carrion, dead flesh. As you feed your flesh, you leave yourself prey to their stalking. When you are unaware, they will attack. Yet even then My mercy covers you if your use your authority to resist them in My Name. When you command them to halt in Jesus name, there is an invisible wall that raises and they bounce off fast and sudden. They are held within restraints from coming closer. Use your authority in Me and feed your spirit man not your carnal man. You shall dwell in peace and safety in so doing.

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” (Rom 8:5-6 NKJV)
