POLKA DOTS, POLKA DOTS, LOT’S OF POLKA DOTS!

PRE-SERVICE PRAYER 9/15/07

I love how God talks in so many unusual ways.  Tonight as people were gathering for pre-service prayer, I noticed there were 3 of us who were wearing polka dots.  It was strongly quickened to me as a Word from the Lord and I had no idea why. 

QUICKENED TIMING:  About 10 seconds before one of our intercessors stood up to declare that the Lord was going to restore our joy, I prayed, “Lord I want you to bring back my joy.” 

QUICKENED MEMORY:  Then I remembered that on the way to church tonight I noticed my bottle of water was filled with tons of tiny bubbles all over the inside of the bottle.  I had about 3 inches of clear pop and had filled the rest with water and somehow the mix made masses of tiny bubbles that collected and clung to the inside of the bottle.  I was thinking “Joy bubbles” as I prayed that the Lord restore my joy.  The scripture promises us that in His Presence is the fullness of joy. 

QUICKENED HEARING:  Then an intercessor on the other end of the room prayed over someone, “Connect the dots.”  This was strongly quickened to me as relating to the polka dots.

CONFIRMATION:  About 10 minutes later pastor was praying in tongues and he said the following sentence 3 times;  Oka-dotta, Oka-dotta, Oka-dotta.  I was flabbergasted, I knew he was declaring something about polka dots and he had no idea I had been praying about the polka dot Word that the Lord was bringing together. 

CONFIRMATION:  One of the intercessors shared during quiet time that he saw a field that was all red and it had circles of white sprinkled in it.  Two of us in the prayer room were immediately quickened by the blouse I was wearing.  It was an all red blouse with white polka dots. 

UPDATE CONFIRMATION:  The next day Anna wrote me an email that she would put names to the faces who were in a family photo I had put in our album.  She said it was the photo where she had worn the shocking pink polka dot dress!

UPDATE CONFIRMATION:  I received the following email from a friend.  We were talking about some confirmations to the above Word on Learning a New Language that came out on the list this week.  He had no idea how beautifully his comments wove together with this Polka Dot Word.

He said, “This goes well with your good word on Learning the Language of a new Anointing that came out today.  That word sure goes along with a bunch of bits and pieces that I have gotten over a long time.  It is always amazing and fun when our Lord gives you bits and pieces over such a long time and then all of a sudden He starts putting them all together into one picture.  Most times it is not something that you can show someone in black and white, but you just know how it fits and goes together.  Thoughts that gel.  They are not abstract words or thoughts they are actually all part of a bigger picture. Learning a new language as we go.  What wonderful training.”

CONCLUSION:  I believe the Lord is saying that He is bringing us into a season of great joy where He will suddenly be filling in the missing pieces and giving us joyous bursts of revelation and understanding and we will clearly see His wonderful hand in so many details of our lives as He has woven them all together with great purpose and plan.

COMING TO CONCLUSIONS 1/2/00

You are the one I love to talk to.  I have spoken secret treasures in the dark.  This is the mysteries of dark speech.  I have given you much strong meat and it has required a thorough chewing to understand and interpret.  This has been your joy and also your wrestling.  Trust Me that I AM building within you exactly what you need. Now work towards drawing summaries and conclusions to what I have shared and bring closure to some of these things.

You can do this through keeping My Word by recording what you see and hear, and then begin to connect the dots with reference points of understanding.  You will soon discover that it is really I Who have spoken to you and each morsel is carefully placed by My loving hand.  There will come a day when you are proficient in interpretation and it will not be your independence, but your training through leaning upon Me, your divine Teacher.

CONNECT THE DOTS  8/27/03

I have trained you with My wisdom, knowledge and many Words.  However you need to understand in greater detail what I have given you. Just like learning a language, you will learn to do this through relying upon Me to help you put two and two together.  Look at things from My perspective.  Be patient as you grow in this new language.  Do not worry over what you do not know, merely ask and I will help you connect the dots one to another.  Instead of dreading your lack, you will experience joy as I open your eyes to understand how to connect them all together.  Your confidence shall grow as we work this out together.

“With him is wisdom and strength, he hath counsel and understanding.”  (Job 12:13 KJV)

WORD TO PONDER: LEARNING THE LANGUAGE OF A NEW ANOINTING 5/05/07

I AM distributing new anointings that encompass new gifts. You will be maintaining the maturity of your other gifts and at the same time learning new ones as you go. Cast away all worry and concern over how insecure you might feel in exercising these new gifts. You may feel awkward and not confident because it is walking in shoes that you don’t normally wear. It’s OK, I have prepared an environment that is just right for you to learn and practice and become acquainted with the ABC’s of learning the language.

You will be crossing old religious boundaries, cultural differences, comfort zones and mindsets, but I have given you great grace in occupying this new anointing. I AM preparing hearts, even as I prepared Cornelius and Peter to receive one another according to My will.
