Sandy Warner ~ ~ ~ ~

The last few days the Lord has been stirring the following scripture in my heart.

Matt 12:20-21 NKJV

A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench, till He sends forth justice to victory; And in His name Gentiles will trust."

Isa 42:4 NKJV

He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.  He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.  A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth.  He will not fail nor be discouraged, till He has established justice in the earth.

I have felt the hearts of so many, who have grown extremely dim in their hope, as they wait upon the Lord for help for healing and deliverance.

The scripture says that what abides is faith, hope and love.

1 Cor 13:13 NKJV

And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

That word “abide” is the same Greek word where Jesus spoke of abiding in Him in John 15.

NT:3306 meno (men'-o); a primary verb; to stay (in a given place, state, relation or expectancy):

KJV - abide, continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, tarry (for), thine own.

We will not have hope without abiding in Him and He in us.

HEARD: Candle lighter.  You're all Mine.  Gathered together.  In My Name, we light your fire.

CONFIRMATION STRONG SIGN: Our electricity went out for 2.5 hours, from 11:30 - 2 AM.  I lit our candles and 2 of them had a problem.  Their wick was so short, that as soon as they were lit, the melted wax would drown the flame down to a tiny speck.  I have never seen this happen in a candle before.  The flame was but a lit dot, just a breath from going out.  If I tipped the melted wax away from the burning dot, it would ignite into flame once again.  I was amazed and the Lord once again imparted to me that He would not snuff the smallest hope.

The night before I had heard the following:

HEARD: Lamplighter.  Candle Flame.

VISION: I saw a wallet open to thumb through a wad of bills to give to me.

HEARD: Is that enough?  Prayer.  Thy will be done.

PIX: I saw some hairline fissures being sewn together.

HEARD: Good as new.  My life for yours.

INTERP: The Lord is saying that prayer is like money deposited into our spiritual account and we spend ourselves for His kingdom.  He will repair us as we exchange our broken life for His.

CONFIRMATION: A friend asked me this morning a question about a flame.

Hi Sandy,

I just can't find that passage where Jesus is talking to people about John, saying something like "you warmed yourselves momentarily at his flame..."

{I have no idea what scripture this was but knew it was a confirmation to the candle and flame theme.}

I was typing the rhema that He would not snuff out the dimmest candle.  I wrote the following:

He wants to repair those wobbly, wavering places were we have been betrayed in our trust...

POW.  Electricity JUST went out on the word TRUST!!!

People have been really wounded in their faith and level of trust, being disappointed in men, in themselves and in God.  He is going to rebuild our trust to a simple child-like one without doubt.

The Lord continually keeps reminding me of this verse:

Matt 12:20 AMP

A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering (dimly burning) wick He will not quench, till He brings justice and a just cause to victory.

This was very strong for me, because I had been praying that scripture the last few weeks, asking Him to hold my faith and hope that it not be stolen from me over woundings I have received.

(Electricity just came back on.) So the moral of Word story: it may look like our light has been snuffed out, but it wont happen.  And further more, He will pour His oil and wind upon our embers and enflame us once again.

QUICKENED MEMORY: Just as I typed that, I remembered another picture I saw during worship last night.  I saw the embers in a fireplace and our worship was like a bellow bursting them back into flame...  and then I saw the flames shoot up through the top of the chimney and some of them went up through the atmosphere towards heaven.

My longsuffering, patient one - how I love you!  For years you have waited for deliverance and healing from pain that has not budged.  I weep to see the flame of your candle, once burning brightly, now but a dot on your seriously cut back, pruned life.  Oh how I weep over you, My faithful one!  Thank You for leaning on Me, for trusting Me and not giving up hope in My goodness and My love for you!  Thank you.  Your longsuffering has brought all that mattered to you on earth into one eternal perspective.  You have truly changed and I see My image in your reflection.  Your wealth in heaven is far beyond what you can ever imagine.

As you abide in Me and I abide in you, you will be exchanging your old life for Mine.  I will pour forth My strength into you and give you a rich deposit of resource and help as you cling to Me, your Vine.  As you abide in Me, I AM your hope and will pour into you faith, hope and love in full measure.  These will sustain you and encourage your daily walk.

2 Cor 4:7-11 NKJV

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.  We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed - always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.  For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
