2/13/15  OVERCOMING TRAUMA

VISION:  I saw a bunch of little puppies in a basket.  Their eyes had round circles around them like raccoons.  I have always thought that raccoons eyes looked like little masks.  Most of God’s people are wearing masks and don’t know one another’s identities or even their own.  They are also hiding their pain.

VISION:  I saw a book and the outside of the cover was a bunch of different colored polka dots.  It said, Basic Helping. 

HEARD:  We are a mess.  There are things to do says the Lord.  First and foremost, always pray. 

Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thus with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Luke 18:1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

GIVE THE POLKA DOTS TO THE LORD

A number of years ago I attended a conference when I was very sick with a painful flare and could barely get out of bed to attend the meeting.  The fellow who did not know this, prayed for me and saw me covered in polka dots.  He said there were 2 dots I didnt want Him to touch. 

What was really interesting to me is that when He ministered to me, he said the Lord told him he was not to touch me.  So he began to pray and just share what he was seeing and hearing and I began to melt in the Lord’s Presence as each prayer and word tenderized my heart to receive more and more.  Finally at the end I was very opened to the Lord’s tangible Presence and the guy said, “Now I can touch you!”  And he reach down and touched my painful feet and prayed over them.  I was amazed at all of this because the guy didn’t know anything at all about me personally.  I felt the dots represented trigger points of trauma and I realized I needed to open up to the Lord and let Him minister to me about them.

Jesus washes us through His Baptism and His Word, and He makes us without spot or wrinkle.  I have heard of many testimonies of people who have either died and come back, or seen visions of heaven.  Many have shared about the River of Life.  People sit in the river for days when they first come to heaven, and chunks of old wounds, pain, sorrows, trauma, wash away down the river and people begin to feel whole and lighter.  We are given the same opportunity to be washed in the Lord’s tangible Presence and let Him touch our wounded places.  Sometimes it hurts to heal wounds and we need to offer them up to Him in prayer and give Him permission to heal us in places we cannot heal ourselves.

Ephesians 5:26-27 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 

Revelation 22:1-2 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bore twelve manner of fruit, and yielded its fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

TRAUMA AND FEAR OF LOSS  4/17/13

Dear hearts, I know all your wounds, all your fears, all your mistakes and all your losses.  There is nothing that has escaped Me.  Every detail of every moment of your lives are recorded in My book.  I have prayed for you and held you through all your painful moments.  I understand the nature of your grasp and want to teach you the delicate balance between letting go and holding on. 

This is a heart matter where you learn how to let go of anything and anyone that steals your peace and wellbeing and trust in Me.  Yes beloveds, place every loved one in My capable hands to loving draw and raise up into their destinies.  Yes beloveds, let go of all hindrances that keep your focus off fellowship with Me and what I AM doing in your life.   Trade what you are gripping onto, and the fear of its loss with what I AM holding in reservation for you.  What I have to replace, is so much better than you realize. 

On the other side of the fence, dear ones never stop praying and believing My very best for all those you carry in the Spirit who are suffering trauma.  Learn the delicate balance of holding on without grasping.  Let My love flow and My peace reign in your hearts.  Give all your loved ones to Me to raise and I will give you wisdom on how to partner with Me in the process.

Isa 53:4-11 Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he has put him to grief: when you shall make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his offspring, he shall prolong his days, and the will of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. 11 He shall see the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
