WORD O’ GRAM NEW WINE SKIN 3/03/09

Needing change,

Expecting something different.

Wait, this isn’t what I expected.

When in change

I remember that change is a process.

New beginnings allow me to grow.

Even though uncomfortable.

So when I land into my new wine skin, I

Know that God is not finished yet.

I will learn to partner with Him in this

New place while I seek Him for my future.

God alone knows what I need to be preserved and in a better place.  Old ways will not contain the changes He has in mind.  New ways will rend my soul if I do not let go of my past and be willing to move.  I will trust Him that He is positioning my changes for my future and hope.

Matt 9:16-17 NKJV

No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch pulls away from the garment, and the tear is made worse.  Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved."
