rhema 12/16/07  MOURNING stripped away

HEARD:  Comfort her.

PIX:  I saw one of our intercessors spray some degreaser, eraser stuff down the cracks of a house.  I had the impression that they were water marks as though someone had been crying salty tears that left their mark upon our home.

PIX:  I saw a loved one come to me and say, “Stop grieving.  I am not sad.”

PARABLE:  Today I took off my black glove in order to answer my cell phone in the store.  I was walking down the isles while we were talking and I didnt notice until getting line to collect my things that the glove was missing.  I searched all over and it was not there.

QUICKENED MEMORY:  The Holy Spirit brings all things into remembrance of things He is speaking into our lives.  Today at church a girl wanted to see my gloves when I took them off.

REVELATION:  It was quickened to me that the Lord was focusing on the fact that He was stripping off the old skin of black mourning and sadness.

Isa 61:4  NKJV

To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness ;That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."  And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations.

Heb 12:8-11 NKJV

Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Lam 3:31-33 NLT

For the Lord does not abandon anyone forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion according to the greatness of his unfailing love. For he does not enjoy hurting people or causing them sorrow.

Ezek 18:31-32 NKJV

For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the Lord GOD. "Therefore turn and live!"

Ezek 33:11 NKJV

Say to them: 'As I live,' says the Lord GOD, 'I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?'
