RHEMA 6/25/11  LITERAL LIGHT AND LITERAL DARKNESS

HEARD:  I will go with you.  Life expectancy. Let Me make Myself clear to you. 

QUICKENED SCRIPTURE:  

Luke 22:53 NKJV

When I was with you daily in the temple, you did not try to seize Me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

REVELATION:  As I read that scripture, I suddenly understood how great the darkness will be in the last days.  While Jesus could still minister, they were not allowed to seize Him because it was His time to minister.  There is coming a day when no man will work and that will be the day of the world's grossest darkness when martyrdom reigns through the antichrist. 

First in the physical, then in the spiritual.  As nations fight against nations, consider the reality of EMP bombs that can take the electrical grid out, releasing immediate chaos and literal deep darkness at night.  Also consider coming sun flares that will take out our satellite communications including the internet.  This will happen more than once and we shall recover.  These things are coming, are you prepared physically and spiritually for such times?  Even if you are not, God will not abandon you and He will provide for you as you trust upon Him and do not deny Christ Jesus.

John 9:4-5 NKJV

I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.  As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world."

Isa 60:2

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Joel 2:10 NKJV

The earth quakes before them, The heavens tremble; The sun and moon grow dark, And the stars diminish their brightness. 

Joel 3:14-16 NKJV

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!  For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.  15 The sun and moon will grow dark, And the stars will diminish their brightness.  16 The Lord also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But the Lord will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel. 

Matt 24:29-30 NKJV

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.  30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Rev 8:12 NKJV

Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened.  A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night. 

QUICKENED REMEMBRANCE:  In the 80's I had several visions where I was flying up and down the west coast at night and California was in great darkness.  I saw just a few tiny lights sprinkled many miles apart as coming from homes.  In one vision I saw the states that were connected to the western power grid in darkness with the same tiny lights sprinkled miles apart. 

WORD TO PONDER:  6/25/11  LITERAL LIGHT AND LITERAL DARKNESS

When I was on the mountain with Moses and Elijah, My face gave forth light rays like the sun.  Before Stephen was stoned, as he was testifying of Me, he literally shone with God's glory on his face.  When Peter's shadow cast over people, they were healed.  Peter literally had light coming out of him casting a real shadow.  When Moses came down from the Mt, his face shone and literally cast light. 

In the days of gross darkness, My sent ones will literally shine as literal lights when they testify of Me.  Wherever they go, they will bring literal light, hope and peace.  They will be transported in and out of crowds, walking through walls as I did after I arose.  They will minister great hope and comfort that I have not forsaken those who are depending upon Me during a time of gross darkness. 

Matt 17:2 NKJV

He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.

Acts 6:15  NLT

At this point everyone in the high council stared at Stephen, because his face became as bright as an angel's.

Ex 34:30 NKJV

So when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him.

Acts 12:7-8 NKJV

Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison; and he struck Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, "Arise quickly!" And his chains fell off his hands.

Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.

Num 6:25-26 NKJV

The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.
