LET GO - Delegate

NOTE: I have been inundated by tasks since birthing the forum and settling in. The Lord has been helping me delegate as much as I can and streamline my life.

Acts 6:2-4 NLT

"Now look around among yourselves, brothers, and select seven men who are well respected and are full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom. We will put them in charge of this business. Then we can spend our time in prayer and preaching and teaching the word."

9/07/05 LET GO AND DELEGATE

HEARD: Know about the future so you can plan now.

HEARD: Of the bondage. So that you can run the race freely. Let go of the bondage to run the race, only what matters. Free.

WORD TO PONDER: INUNDATED BY TASKS 9/07/05

Precious, the world will take every second of your time if you let it. Learn the boundaries of your gifts and calling and then find the joy of expression within that place. Delegate everything that you can outside of that place so that all may divide the load, and so you may rightfully stay where you are most effective. My Word to you right now is, LET GO. Release all that steals your time from what I have called you to do. Hunt and diligently find others who have been prepared for these tasks. Train them and let go. You can not embrace the fullness I have for you when you have grown beyond your past responsibilities. I have prepared others to fill these places; release them to grow and prosper in the ground that you have planted.

Phil 4:6-7 NKJV

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

COMMENT:  The reason why this is so important now is that we are now living in a time of acceleration and things will be moving quickly. That reminds me of the Words the Lord gave me at the beginning of the year:

WORD TO PONDER: LEARN TO DELEGATE 2/02/05

I have sped up the time clock and am moving the pace forward. This is moving things more rapidly into place and My people are feeling the pinch of too much to do and not enough time to do them. Listen beloved ones, LEARN TO DELEGATE. Pray first and then delegate spiritual helpers to bear the load. You will find tasks get accomplished in less time when you have heaven's angelic helpers paving the way, bringing you details you overlooked and generally moving things into place. Then ask Me to draw your attention to tasks that people can do in your stead. Release them to do these things for you. They will receive promotion and reward and you will be released to prioritize your time as pleasing Me. It is time to get into a new synch with a new pace.

Eph 5:15-16 AMP

Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil.

WORD TO PONDER: DELEGATING BRINGS PROMOTION 4/19/05

You are not able to handle any more load until you let go and delegate some of what you carry. You are destined for promotion, but you need separation from it in order to go there. It may take 3 people to do what you were doing as one, but this is a blessing. I have many workers prepared and waiting on the sidelines, sitting on shelves waiting for their place, their niche to serve. They are not able to move in, until you move on and let go. You are needed to help facilitate them, guide them and grant them the wisdom of your experience, but they will not receive their promotion until you delegate to them their destiny. It is the same for you. You will not come into yours until you delegate what you can no longer carry. This is My way, it is a good gift to all.

1 Chron 28:20-21 NKJV

And David said to his son Solomon,"Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God - my God - will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD. 21 Here are the divisions of the priests and the Levites for all the service of the house of God; and every willing craftsman will be with you for all manner of workmanship, for every kind of service; also the leaders and all the people will be completely at your command."
