RHEMA 10/10/97:  The Kingdom is About Having Children

DREAM: Anna and I were in a meeting where a former pastor who had died was preaching. He was walking in a big circle around the whole audience. He said, “The kingdom of God is all about having children.” As I heard this, I leaned my head upon Anna's shoulder and wrote it down in my journal because it was quickened to me.

[Later in the middle of the night I was reflecting upon Abraham and his seed, David and his sons, the long lists of genealogies, and that Adam was told to be fruitful and multiply.

WORD TO PONDER KINGDOM OF GOD 10/10/97

The kingdom of God is all about having children. Great are those who have died to self on behalf of those they love, and in so doing have released a harvest of many children. It is My heart to have many children, to nurture, protect, feed and raise them up into My image. I have placed My heart within My own, to bear children and then to serve them, for I delight in procreation, both physical and spiritual.

“My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,” (Gal 4:19 KJV)

RHEMA 7/9/00 YOUTH PASSION

DREAM: I walked into a living room where there were all these young people on the floor. There was a teacher in the front and as he said something very simple, but the kids were so passionate and hungry for the Lord that this simple word caused them to go into spontaneous worship and praise. I was totally blasted by the Lord's Presence and I had done nothing but observe. It was their own passion that backwashed over me and I was receiving the blessing of their own passion and seeking Him. I was so blessed by this. I literally felt the waves of the Holy Spirit in the dream and as I woke up.

Acts 2:17 NKJV

And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions,

WORD TO PONDER THE PASSION OF THE YOUTH 7/9/00

There shall come a day when you will walk into a room full of youth who are hungry for Me. They will be lounging all over, taking notes and listening intently. Suddenly something said shall be quickened to them and they will break out in spontaneous praise. The backwash of their enthusiasm for Me will cover you with wonderful blessings as you merely observe and receive. I say this, because no matter how limited their understanding of Me is, and no matter what simple thing they are studying, the passion for Me will reap tremendous blessings upon you. You shall experience My Presence in places where you least expect it.

“But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." And he put his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left.” (Matt 19:14-15 NLT)

RHEMA 11/30/98: THE LORD REJOICES OVER THE YOUTH

HEARD: Just around the corner, an event. Holding the prophetic children. Isn't that amazing? So many blooming at once. My desire to see the children. Spiritual destiny. Those that hear My call.

We're not paying our bills. Bought and won. Freedom. Hold on, someone paid for you. Yes sir, let there be life. Freely flowing one to another. Rejoice in joy. Supernatural calling. Called forth from the womb. Separate unto Me.

A whole nation. Israel. The trumpet sounds. We heard the call. We figured someone had to do it. Bring us to the front. Ready for battle. Armed. Weapon.

Stand. A holy nation led by God. Lord free the young ones. Adorable.

HEARD: Help steward them.

Luke 10:21-22 NKJV

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes . Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

RHEMA 4/15/98 PRAY OVER YOUR CHILDREN'S TRUST

[Lord so many of the children are holding back from renewal and not fitting in.]

HEARD: Wave. After wave after wave after wave. Of the Holy Spirit. He didn't want the parents to be distressed. Children started asking questions. They need to learn to trust. No short cuts. Little by little. Degrees of growing up. Development. Touch. Presence. Joy.

HEARD: Look around. Can't do that. Have to make their own decision. It's a matter of trust. They know how to request.

HEARD: Pray in the Spirit. Sweetie. I love you, and it would be very, very, very good for you. I don't want her to know, it's personal. Let go of control. I am building a foundation. Building blocks. One on top of the other.

COMMENT: From what I understood of this conversation is that the Lord's main purpose in their lives right now is building a foundation of trust and/or faith in our children's lives. To push them at all in their growth with the Lord is control. We have to be content to pray for them and let the Lord build a foundation of faith.

WORD TO PONDER CHILDREN GROW AT THEIR OWN PACE 4/15/98

Parents sometimes want their children to take giant leaps of growth when it comes to relationship with Me. Children overcome their fears and learn to trust a step at a time. I touch their lives little by little, and build a solid trust and faith in Me. If you push your children to grow past their age or growth pattern, it will only fail and cause them to draw back. Relax and give Me your children. I will plant a good foundation and add building blocks of faith, one on top of another as they become firmly planted along the way.

“I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings of old, 3 Which we have heard and known, And our fathers have told us. 4 We will not hide them from their children, Telling to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.” (Ps 78:2-4 NKJV)

RHEMA 3/5/98: QUICKENED VISITATION In the Form of a Child

OPENED EARS:  I woke suddenly in the night. My son had kicked the common wall between our bedrooms with his foot. I immediately heard my door open and I thought, “Oh that must be my son, and he needs me for some reason.”

QUICKENED:  I opened my eyes to see what he wanted and no one was there. I thought, “That must have been a spiritual opening of the ears” and closed my eyes to go back to sleep. Immediately the Holy Spirit quickened the top of my head and shoulders with His tangible anointing. I said, “Oh that feels soooo good!”

I knew I had had a quickening, but I really wanted to know why the Lord came the way He did.

ANOINTED HANDS: I turned to: “And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” (Malachi 4:6)

I suddenly realized that it was the Lord Who came through my door, in the disguise of a child. Because I received the interruption to my sleep with a heart to help my beloved son, I had received the Lord.

WORD TO PONDER 3/5/98 IN THE FORM OF A CHILD

I come to you in many ways and you are learning to discern My voice. Because you have a heart to receive My children, I am going to quicken you and transform you in the midst of a generation of turning the hearts of children and parents towards one another. My quickening power shall come upon you and you shall receive My power, My operation into higher revelation and heavenly visitations.

“Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness. 11 Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.” (Ps 143:10-11 KJV)
