{Dream} Heaven Is Deciding About Grieving The Holy Spirit

RHEMA 9/27/09 HEAVEN IS DECIDING ABOUT GRIEVING THE HOLY SPIRIT

HEARD: Change. Saul did not obey My voice. Saul’s sin was also David.

Note: Yesterday the Lord quickened to me to look up #5770 in Strongs. Tonight at sundown we are entering into the new Hebrew year #5770 and it means the year of the eye. I was quite surprised. There is only one scripture that uses this Hebrew word in the OT. It was when Saul jealously watched David and then he was given over to a tormenting spirit.

1 Sam 18:9-10 AMP

And Saul [jealously] eyed {#5770} David from that day forward. 10 The next day an evil spirit from God came mightily upon Saul, and he raved [madly] in his house, while David played [the lyre] with his hand, as at other times; and there was a javelin in Saul's hand.

DREAM: DECISIONS ABOUT JUDGMENT

I dreamed someone had stepped forward and challenged the character of a leader who was head over a meeting where the Holy Spirit was manifest. I told him that it was scripturally acceptable to discern people’s fruits and character and expect a higher standard for those who were facilitating meetings. But I said it was not right to judge the Holy Spirit as counterfeit when a movement was Him.

Scene two: I dreamed about churches and alliances that were quenching the Holy Spirit. Heaven was in the process of making a decision in regards to them. Their most important concern in making this decision was in regards to the children.

Matt 7:16-20 NKJV

You will know them by their fruits . Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

Matt 12:27-32 NKJV

And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. 30 He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

[When I woke I was thinking about those who had grieved and blasphemed the Holy Spirit and called Him counterfeit.]

HEARD: We’re going to be receiving discipline. And for a further visitation, a further discipline will happen.

Heb 12:11 NLT

No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening — it is painful! But afterward there will be a quiet harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.

PIX: I saw the following section of scripture about them gathering as one in Solomon’s porch.

And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon's Porch . 13 Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly. 14 And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women, 15 so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. 16 Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.

“I dreamed this morning that I was in a church service and a spirit-filled evangelist was there to release the Holy Spirit, but the pastor wouldn’t allow it…I went outside cause I was fixin to get in trouble and a woman followed me…she asked why I was leaving and I explained the pastor wouldn’t allow the flow of the Holy Spirit in this church…the reason I left the building was because I started to get in the anointing, and I didn’t want to cause a problem, so I left…I told her about {other Holy Spirit} meetings if she was interested.”

CONFIRMATION: Today when I waiting in the parking lot for Wayne, I turned with anointed hands in the car Bible to:

Jer 35:14-16 NLT

But I have spoken to you again and again, and you refuse to listen or obey. 15 I have sent you prophet after prophet to tell you to turn from your wicked ways and to stop worshiping other gods, so that you might live in peace here in the land I gave to you and your ancestors. But you would not listen to me or obey. 16 The families of Recab have obeyed their ancestor completely, but you have refused to listen to me.'

Neh 9:29-31 NLT

They stubbornly turned their backs on you and refused to listen. 30 In your love, you were patient with them for many years. You sent your Spirit, who, through the prophets, warned them about their sins. But still they wouldn't listen! So once again you allowed the pagan inhabitants of the land to conquer them. 31 But in your great mercy, you did not destroy them completely or abandon them forever. What a gracious and merciful God you are!

COMMENT: I have felt that because of the strong division that took place over past revivals, that the Holy Spirit was grieved over so many of His kids resisting and deciding they were counterfeit.

THE HOUSE OF SAUL AND THE LINE IS DRAWN

On 9/28/94 Jesus came to Neville and said the house of Saul is coming to an end. And He will establish the house of David. He said “I will lift the prophetic anointing off the house of Saul.”

2 Sam 3:1 & 10 NKJV

Now there was a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David. But David grew stronger and stronger, and the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker.... 10 to transfer the kingdom from the house of Saul, and set up the throne of David over Israel and over Judah, from Dan to Beersheba."

1 Sam 15:34 NKJV

And Samuel went no more to see Saul until the day of his death.

Neville said it was a significant year. He said these Saul churches will be going through the same spiritual motions without the anointing, and they will cross the line into the occult because the Lord was going to lift the prophetic anointing.

THE POWER OF LOVE

Neville said that love is the most powerful force in the universe. When you are emanating the love of God in your heart, it is such a force that nothing can stand before it.

God IS love. He doesn’t have love, He IS love. Everything that God does is out of one motive, intense love. Sodom and Gomorrah was the love of God, it was better that they be destroyed at that point than for God to wait any longer.

If you are going to be effective in this world, you have to have God’s love. Jesus came in compassion.

Mark 8:2-3 NKJV

"I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. 3 And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; for some of them have come from afar."

Mark 6:33-35 NKJV

And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things.

Neville continued to say that there is coming a change because God is requiring more of this generation than any other generation. God wants to take this generation further than any other generation, the conditions have changed for that. God is requiring more of us. You have to become love. That will open a gate for the power, light to flow through you. Compassion is a feeling that can almost consume you. It opens a channel through you. There are some conditions that can only be healed by God’s love.

The Pentecostal movements in the past could manifest power and gifts without love. Without even character. They were operating in gifts of the Spirit. The feast of Pentecost had leaven in its bread. Jesus came to me and said “I am no longer going to allow that to continue.”

6/15/05: Jesus came to Neville and said “The next love of power requires a higher level of love. In times past I winked at men’s failings. But now I require more. Tell My people I will no longer look the other way. But I require holiness and righteousness. Only then will My power be released in the measure that’s needed for this generation.”

A power came out of Him when He spoke these Words that stunned Neville for several days.

When Neville thought about the word winked and wondering if there was a scripture for that, he heard Jesus say Acts 17:30.

Acts 17:30-31 NKJV

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead."

Neville said the reason for this is because God wants to prepare us for a greater manifestation of His power. He is not going to turn a people loose with His authority who dont have a great amount of love and compassion. He has to put safeguards on it. If you can establish those things in your life, the power of God will increase.

Power in the wrong hands is extremely dangerous. Remember Moses who struck the rock. Jesus only did what the Father did.
