RHEMA 8/03/011  GIFT OF FAITH IS COMING

HEARD:  Measurements of faith.

PIX:  I saw a measuring cup.

HEARD:  Faith is substance.

Heb 11:1-3 NKJV

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. 3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

PONDERING:  Faith is the essence and under-support for things we hope for.  It is the conviction of what we do not see.  We understand that this core ingredient is what restored the worlds by God's spoken Word.  Even though faith is not visible, it is the powerful ingredient that brings God's Word to be made manifest and tangible.

QUICKENED THOUGHT:  I have a small motor that pumps waters and I use a flashlight to be able to see the water level in the little window gage.  When the light shines through the window I can see that the water is substance.

HEARD:  Increase your portion. The gift of faith.   I'm raining on you.  The gift of faith, its coming.

PIX:  I saw a huge flash of white light flood my vision.  It started in the center of my eye and then expanded out.  It was very fast like the action of a camera lens opening.

HEARDSubstance, its accumulative.  Yes it's an impartation but it also grows.  Let's begin.  Stabilize it.

PIX:  I saw a baby crawling on a glass but he was upside down.

HEARDLet it be a portion I can grow into.  Portion by experience.  Grounded by faith, hope and love.  Apostle.

  • There are differences of ministries

  • There are diversities of activities

  • Distributed to each one person as He wills

1 Cor 12:4-11  NKJV

There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:  8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

QUICKENED SCRIPTURES

1 Tim 4:12-16

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. 15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. 16 Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

NT:272 NEGLECT

ameleo (am-el-eh'-o); from NT:1 (as a negative particle) and NT:3199; to be careless of:

KJV - make light of, neglect, be negligent, no regard.

NT:4982  SAVE/ DELIVER / HEAL

sozo (sode'-zo); from a primary sos (contraction for obsolete saoz, "safe"); to save, i.e. deliver or protect (literally or figuratively):

KJV - heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole.

2 Tim 1:3-7 NKJV

I remember you in my prayers night and day, 4 greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears, that I may be filled with joy, 5 when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also. 6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

NT:329   STIR

anazopureo (an-ad-zo-poor-eh'-o); from NT:303 and a compound of the base of NT:2226 and NT:4442; to re-enkindle:

KJV - stir up.

Twice Paul admonished Timothy about the gift of faith that was imparted to him.   Fear is the direct opposition of faith.  According to the Greek words, Timothy had fallen into fear which caused him be careless and have little regard for the gift of faith.  Paul gave the anecdote:

·       Give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

·       Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them

·       Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

·       Stir up, rekindle the use of the gift.

THE GIFT OF FAITH  10/09/04

It is through hearing My Word that a solid foundation is built in your life. For many years I have been building your faith.  As I speak My Words into your life, quicken them, then confirm them, this builds your faith. This faith is an absolute assurance that even though you do not see Me, you know that I have spoken into your life and I am actively involved in taking care of you, loving you and surrounding you.  This faith is like a pillow of comfort in which to lay your heart.  This faith enables you to rest when everything around you is chaos.  This faith is solidly and slowly built upon the building bricks of My Word, then mortared with experience and results.  When it is set, there is a solid trust.

There is another kind of faith and it is called the gift of faith. This too is built on the same principal, yet it produces a different result.  I know all things before they happen; thus in times when you need a breakthrough, when you need explosive faith, I prepare you with My Word to climax through the gift of faith. I know exactly the time it will take, the Words that you need to hear, the confirmations needed to set you, so that when you most desperately need a breakthrough, the gift of faith is there.

Any kind of faith is the creative element that dispatches forces with assignment in the unseen world. The gift of faith is a sudden occurrence that explodes into the realm of the supernatural and it blasts away the obstacles in one blow.  It is powerful upon impact. The gift of faith is declaring the passion of our joined assurance that what is decreed is NOW.  And that is the gift of faith.  Covet earnestly this gift and ask Me to build it within you for your breakthrough.

1 Cor 12:9 AMP

To another [wonder-working] faith by the same [Holy] Spirit, to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit.
