WORD TO PONDER: FELLOWSHIP NOT ACTIVITIES  8/19/10

If you are involved in activities with your ministry, job and family, it will always be a balancing act.  Remember that I only ask two things, to love Me with everything you have and to love others as (you would treat) yourselves.  I truly desire your intimacy with Me to include people.  I desire our fellowship to be 3 way, where you sit at My feet through another, and they sit at My feet through you and I AM the focus and you clearly see Me working between parties. 

If you are involved in activity without real exchange of life, fellowship, mentoring, or communion between Me and others, then it is busy stuff and tasks.  Consider delegating some tasks so that others may grow up and walk in those shoes.  This will give us as chance to find greater intimacy and greater flow together. 

Phil 2:1-4 NKJV

Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.
