FACE TO FACE WITH EMOTIONS
VISION 12/27/07: I experienced this for a very
tiny brief moment and it so deeply impacted me that I
was brought right out of it because I could not handle
the intensity.
Kind of like how a kitty will push its face into ones
hand when you are touching it, I was pressing foreheads
and cheeks with Jesus - Who suddenly turned into someone
I had been talking with about childhood wounds and
needs. A sudden wave of emotion rose up. It was
overwhelming and startling as it rose up from deep
inside and manifested as a strong heat upon my face.
As I later thought about this “pressing in” gesture,
I realized that I have recently seen a mother and infant
child respond intimately to one another in this same way
as they press faces into one another.
{Lord what is the purpose of this vision?}
HEARD: Go get her. Eyeball.
REVELATION: The Lord is looking straight at me
in face to face, with His gaze, to stop me from running
away when hearing and experiencing His emotions and
passion behind His Words and heart. He is also wanting
me to face old unmet needs that surface occasionally in
conversations with people. For weeks I have been asking
Him about some of the emotions I feel, because sometimes
they have brought up wells of intensity as I ask Him to
wash me, heal me and set me free to be whole.
When the Lord turns His face upon us and we get close to
His heart and Words, it does raise up many soul issues.
The very nature of hearing His Word, divides our souls
and motives as He takes us through layers of washing.
His heart is upon blending the parents and the children
into one as we are healing and growing up into the
wholeness of Christ Jesus.
Heb 4:12-13 NKJV
For the word of God is living and powerful, and
sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the
division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His
sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of
Him to whom we must give account.
INSERT RHEMA 12/26/07 STOP RUNNING AWAY
HEARD: I gave you these emotions. So that
you will understand. You must learn how to face them.
WORD TO PONDER: FACE TO FACE WITH CHILDHOOD
EMOTIONS 12/27/07
As you press into Me with needs that are not met
stemming from old childhood wants and desires, or
childhood wounds that grew up crooked, I hear your
prayers for healing and deliverance. Beloved I feel the
same emotions that you feel, I too hurt along with you.
I too yearn and groan for resolution so that you will
come into the full maturity and expression of Who I AM
within you. Allow Me to give you times of reflection in
conversations with those I bring into your life. Yes I
am there working in the background, bringing these
buried emotions to the surface so that you no longer
smother them, seeking wrongful habits and sources that
are destructive for your soul. Allow Me access through
your conversations, so that you can understand your
unmet needs through different lens and perspectives,
always seeking My wisdom, counsel and scripture to help
you find resolution. This is My work within you dear
one. Simply trust Me to take you through the process.
Luke 24:30-32 NKJV
Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with
them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave
it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew
Him; and He vanished from their sight. And they said to
one another, "Did not our heart burn within us while He
talked with us on the road, and while He opened the
Scriptures to us?"
UPDATE CONNECTING RHEMA THROUGH TAO:
This morning (12/28/07) I woke up from a very Strong
Visionary experience:
"I stood by the window and looked inside the room with
curiosity, I saw my brother near the bed. Then I decided
to come inside the room to have a closer look. As I
entered into the room, I stood in front of my brother
and I saw him break the bread in front of me. Suddenly I
entered into a death experience, it seemed I was near
death, and then quickly I was restored and came back to
life. Finally woke up."
The Lord Jesus has many names; one of them is that He
reveals Himself to us as our brother.
“For those God foreknew he also predestined to be
conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be
the firstborn among many brothers. And those he
predestined, he also called; those he called, he also
justified; those he justified, he also glorified.”
(Romans 8:29-30)
“Both the one who makes men holy and those who are
made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not
ashamed to call them brothers.” (Hebrews 2:11)
I feel that my brother I saw in the vision is the Lord
Jesus Himself. In this visionary experience, first I saw
Him first through the window, and then I was drawn
closer and I saw Him face to face. It is interesting to
see that He breaks the bread before me; I know that the
Lord Jesus is the bread of life.
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If
anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This
bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the
world." (John 6:51)
After this visionary experience, I was reminded of a
word I heard on 12/25/07: "What happened when a man saw
the face of the Lord?"
I remember the Lord spoke to Moses: "But," he said,
"you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and
live." (Exodus 33:20)
I feel it can explain why I entered into a death
experience once I saw the Lord.
