FOOT KISSES

UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE

Tonight I was sitting on the couch after we had finished praying. I had my eyes shut and was feeling His anointing build up inside of me. I was thinking in my thoughts, "Here it comes, here it comes!" I could literally feel His anointing surge to the surface. At the exact moment that it surfaced, a friend lunged forward and grabbed my foot and shook it. Very astonished, I opened my eyes realizing this was a Holy Spirit moment and He wanted to say something to me. I asked my friend why he did it and he said it just came to his mind and so he did it. Later he did it a second time and said, "Payday!" The timing of this was too perfect, I knew the Lord was wanting to say something through this experience.

WORD TO PONDER: THE EXPLOSION OF MY PRESENCE

When I pour out My Spirit upon you, there will be times when you will feel My tangible Presence and times when you will not feel it. There are also times when I stir up My Presence inside of you, and you will feel like it is ready to explode any minute. Sometimes this is in slow motion and you can tell that I AM stirring My anointing inside, and sometimes this is so fast that it explodes just like the rocks crying out!

I love to kiss you with My Presence. You will notice that the closer I come in proximity, that your heart, your cells, your own spirit and My anointing within you will explode with passion, just like a volcano blows its lid. Sometimes you wonder about My Presence as it ebbs and flows. I AM building something within you, and I have a plan and a purpose in your life. Know that pay day is coming. All the seeds you have planted will reap a full harvest of great joy and love, so much that you will not be able to contain it.

A FOOT KISS

This morning while I was at the Dr.'s office, I was thumbing through the Writer’s Digest magazine, wondering if the Lord wanted to catch my attention to some relevant information on publishing books. I feel that I am about finished with 101+ Ways God Speaks (And How to Hear Him) and not sure what He wants to do next. Although I saw some interesting things, nothing was quickened to my ears. The nurse interrupted and called me in. She dropped a large, bright pink piece of paper, on top of my foot. I reached down to pick it up and in large words, it said, "DONE." My curiosity got the best of me and I turned it over to see if there was any explanation as to what was done! The other side said, "Dictation." Wow Lord, thank You!

KISSES FROM PAPA

The purple helium heart balloon landed in my shoe today when I was sitting at the table. When I pushed it away and put my foot back into my shoe, the balloon came right back and stuck itself inside. So I have been giggling and walking around with a heart balloon in my shoe! These feet were made for walkin’. This was such a love gift and kisses from my heavenly Papa. He tickles me.

UPDATE

This took place right after I posted the Word, "For Those Too Broken to Climb the Stairs" (4/17/02). It was an intercession for those who are too sick to go to healing services, and an announcement that Dr Jesus still makes house calls. I used my sick foot as an example. The update is that Dr Jesus healed my foot without a healing service! This is a sign that the Lord is going to heal and liberate the personal walks of the body of Christ.

KISSING THE JOSHUA GENERATION

PARABLES

Two weeks ago I soaked my son’s feet… not once but 2 different weeks. Upon pondering it, the fact that it happened twice was quickened to me that it was the Lord. (2 Cor 13:1) I told him about how I used to kiss his feet and make him giggle as a baby. Then I leaned over and kissed my hands and placed them on his two wet feet, thinking of the scripture:

"How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation,

who says to Zion, "Your God reigns!" (Isa 52:7 NKJV)

Wayne bought him a new pair of thongs while his feet were soaking. The Lord quickened all of this to me as a prophetic sign, since it happened twice with our son in 2 weeks, especially since it had been years since he had soaked his feet like this.

CONFIRMATION

I found out 2 weeks later what kind of a sign this really was. That weekend was the Washington DC call where over 300,000 kids and parents fasted and prayed at the White House for our nation. They repented for our nation and also reconciled the hearts of the fathers to their children, etc. This also happened to be the same weekend when Christian kids from our region came together at our fairgrounds. There were about 1,200 kids, the largest ever around here.

At the Call, a man on stage washed his son’s feet, then kissed each one. He then told all those there to kiss the left foot of the youth with them and the right for all the unborn children. People sobbed and cried as they did this. I cried too when I heard about it knowing that even though my son did not go to the Call, that he too is sent and kissed by our heavenly Papa. The Lord is kissing the Joshua Generation.

WORD TO PONDER: THE KISS OF MY PRESENCE

How precious are the feet of those that carry My good news to a hurting world! How I long to kiss those feet with My loving embrace and touch. Like no other generation, I AM giving My children the gift of My tangible Presence. They shall feel My anointing, even as My Son felt virtue leave His body. My Presence shall lead them, My Presence shall comfort them, My Presence shall embrace them, My Presence shall explode them into places they never thought possible. I will turn the seeds of their sufferings and sacrifices into a great a beautiful harvest of My love.
