DON’T FALL, INSTEAD HUMBLE YOUR OWN SELF
This year in 2008, I have heard the words, humility, bow
down, lay low, humble, etc so many times. I have felt
the Lord was dealing with pride, arrogance, man’s
promotion (instead of God’s promotion), and
independence. However when the Lord gave me the dream
where the angel pointed for me to go down the stairs in
order to eat at God’s restaurant, it really made me stop
and think, why was I supposed to go downstairs? In the
natural I have a very hard time managing stairs due to
knee and hip problems.

OCTOBER 31st, 2008. I went to bed in
prayer and intercession over this night where the
demonic are loosed upon God’s people. I had a vision
where I saw a group of warlocks descending a steep
stairway, one step at a time in unison. They were
dressed in black robes with hoods and masks and you
could not see their faces. I noted that they were about
9 feet tall and was deciding whether they were demonic
spirits or people underneath the robes. Still in the
vision I then realized that these were people who were
walking on stilts underneath their black robes to make
themselves appear as very tall.
When I came out of the vision I felt that the Lord had
revealed to me that the curse against God’s people was
to make them fall and stumble. Since that time I have
had several confirmations to this. A pastor’s wife fell
from the stairs and broke her elbow. Another person
accidently dropped her baby from the top of the stairs
and the baby fell to the bottom. The baby was examined
and perfectly fine, but only because of intercessory
prayer over those specific stairs prior to the
accident.

We will yet see that the "Esthers" will be requited, the
Hamans hang on their own gallows, and the Mordecais come
in position next to The King.

CONCLUSION: There are many different kinds of
strategies in warfare. I feel the Lord is saying that
when we are suffering a time when it appears we are
under the foot of the enemy, we need to first bow low
and submit to God, before we can resist the devil and he
will flee. In those places where we do not submit to
God, we are vulnerable. As we humble ourselves and
submit to God, He will then turn the tide and cause our
enemies to fall instead.
James 4:7-10 NKJV
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will
flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near
to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your
hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep!
Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to
gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord,
and He will lift you up.
