RHEMA COUNTING THE COST 4/04/13
HEARD 4/10/13: There is a cost.
This rhema is connected with a
Vision I had about being in Costco.
QUICKENED WORD PUN: The word COSTco was
quickened me as having gone shopping, in search of
purchasing something and having to count the COST.
Costco used to be called the $100 store. Now that I am
cooking for our folks, I call it the $200 store. The
other day I was in the $ Dollar Store and I overheard a
lady call it a $300 store.
COUNTING, WEIGHING AND
Now is the time when all
things are being weighed in My balance scales. I AM
turning the tides and bringing justice to long overdue
injustices towards people and nations. I AM teaching My
beloved children to count the cost of their decisions
and weigh their daily allotment. I AM teaching the
truth of reaping and sowing, by revealing the balance
scales of right and wrong. I AM measuring the influence
the spirit of the world and how this affects the freedom
intended for My people. Heed the cost as your life is
weighed in the balance.
Prov 16:11 NKJV
Honest weights and scales
are the LORD's; All the weights in the bag are His work.
QUICKENED EXPERIENCE 4/08/13 THE COST OF WAKING UP
I was in Costco and while I was wheeling my cart, I had
been praying about the vision I had about being in
Costco. I prayed that the Lord would help me to be very
sensitive to His Spirit and find a greater sensitivity
to His Words and what He is doing in the earth. Then I
said, “Lord what are You doing right NOW?” Upon the
word NOW, the couple in front of me suddenly slowed
their pace and came to a stop. So I slowed down too.
My eyes were drawn to see where they had stopped. Even
before I looked, I sensed this was a
Word. Then I saw they stopped in front of the espresso
coffee and immediately understood.
QUICKENED: The Lord is causing many to STOP and
receive a WAKE UP CALL to what He is doing in the earth
today. Those who have been in spiritual slumber will
awaken and come to life, having been drawn by the Holy
Spirit to do so. I sense these people will be counting
the cost of following Jesus.
Matthew 16:24-26 Then said Jesus unto his disciples,
If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and
take up his cross, and follow me. 25 For whosoever will
save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his
life for my sake shall find it. 26 For what is a man
profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his
own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his
Luke 14:28-31 NKJV
For which of you,
intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and
count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it --
lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able
to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying,
'This man began to build and was not able to finish.'
1 Chronicles 21:24 And king David said to Ornan, Nay;
but I will indeed buy it for the full price: for I will
not take that which is yours for the LORD, nor offer
burnt offerings without cost.
