COMMUNION FOR HEALING  6/26/08

Tonight I went to a healing meeting and when the lady prayed over me, she said, “I see the Lord serving you communion!”

Just today Wayne asked me if he could take the grape juice out of the refrigerator and I hesitated as I wanted to start taking communion.  I have decided that as I sit before the Lord to sup with Him, I want to take communion.  I got a little medicine cup out and will drink it for my medicine as I sup with Him for my daily rhema. 

VISIONS:  Sometime this month I felt the Lord was drawing me to start taking communion for my healing.  He had brought back the memory of 2 visions I’d had where I saw a lady in a closet and she was all crippled up with arthritis. As I prayed for her, she straightened up and became the most beautiful creature.  After I saw the transformation, I walked into an auditorium where a service was taking place.  I had the feeling in the vision that they were expecting me.  In the second vision I was carrying a young boy in my arms up to the communion table.  He was in extreme pain all over his body and every little movement caused him torment.  I gave him the tiny communion cup of Jesus’ blood and he drank it and was instantly healed.

CONFIRMATION:  Her Word was also significant because I had been pondering the following scripture this week where is says many are sick for not discerning the Lord’s body. 

1 Cor 11:27-32 NKJV

Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. 30 For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.

BROKEN BREAD, BROKEN BODY  6/27/08

PIX:  I saw this mouse inside a house where all the wires had been cut and broken. 

PIX:  I saw bread broken and thought it represented Jesus and His broken body.

WORD TO PONDER:  BREAD FROM MY BROKEN BODY  6/27/09

Broken bodies, broken souls, broken hearts.  In My house, My body is broken, cut and divided.  Many are broken for not having discerned My body, My beloved children, through love.  Some do not honor Me when breaking bread and taking communion in My house, for they have division and judgment in your hearts.  The communion table is to eat with My family in remembrance that I gave My life for each of you.

My beloved broken house, lay down your divisions and factions.  Come together in honor of My body which was broken for you, and My life blood which was spilled so you may have resurrection life.  Repent by laying your broken and contrite hearts upon My altar in a choice to stop judging one another. 

Ps 51:16-17 NKJV

For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering.  The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart —  These, O God, You will not despise.

Isa 61:1  NKJV

He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives,

And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

1 Cor 11:34 NKJV

Now in giving these instructions I do not praise you, since you come together not for the better but for the worse. 18 For first of all, when you come together as a church, I hear that there are divisions among you, and in part I believe it. 19 For there must also be factions among you, that those who are approved may be recognized among you. 20 Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord's Supper. 21 For in eating, each one takes his own supper ahead of others; and one is hungry and another is drunk. 22 What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God and shame those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you in this? I do not praise you. 

Institution of the Lord's Supper

(Matt 26:26-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:14-23)For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said,  "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken  for you; do this in remembrance of Me."  25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."  26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.

Examine Yourself

And the rest I will set in order when I come.
