Rejoice
always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks;

The lens that Joel sees through
represents a shepherd who prophesies the goodness of
God's heart and he emphasizes the positive as overcoming
all negative. When we turn our perspective towards
God's goodness, it lifts our soul and changes our
destinies.
