HEARD:  The harvest.   I did say I was coming on board.  I did say all hands on deck.  I did say all hands off.  Leaders pay attention.  This is for you.  What do you want out of your ministry?  Don’t push.  Leave the ministry to Me.

In a startling prophetic experience, the Lord said, " I have a message for the Church!" The message is: - "Brace yourself in the Spirit of Humility! The hand of the Lord is coming down upon the Church."

I said "Lord!" that sounds threatening, He replied in a positive tone "It is!" The best thing is to be corrected, and the course set straight!

THE HAND OF THE LORD

The hand of the Lord deals with His Divine Government. His hand will come down and commence to shake down everything He has not built. The hand of the Lord also speaks of the functioning fivefold ministry flowing together.

The Word of God declares:
"Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the LORD guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain."
Psalm 127:1

In the Book of Nehemiah, chapter 5, Nehemiah addresses the nobles and leaders and changes the spiritual climate as a foundation for their activation.  He imparts a new belief system of "all hands on deck" and purifies the connection between leaders and the powerful people they serve.  God is going to honor five-fold leaders with a fresh new perspective on how to mobilize the Body of Christ.  There is also a new breed of leadership emerging in this "activation": they are sons and daughters who have been waiting to be mobilized without limitation. 

Isaiah 61:1-4 reads:

"'The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.'

"And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations."

Tell My story.  Tell your story.  I will draw all men as I am lifted up.  All hands on deck.  No time to play.  Time to put on the armor of light and get ready for a celebration parade.

There's much to be learned, but I will accelerate the process.  You cannot fail unless you choose rebellion.  I am your God and I will not fail you.  Fear not, follow Me.  Rest in Me.  I have much to teach and to impart.  Are you ready?

WORD TO PONDER:  ALL HANDS ON DECK  10/04/14

Leaders, it is time to take your hands off the ministry of My body.  Yes I have called you to equip, but equipping is for the body to do the work of the ministry.  Release control, pushing agendas, hype and expectation.  Allow Me to come aboard your ship and allow Me to call all hands on deck. Let My work begin from the youngest to the oldest.  I AM calling My people to disciple others and raise My whole body up into maturity.  You shall find an amazing weaving of My Spirit and how I will dove tail all together for My purposes in these last days.  I have said it so many times, ready or not, I AM coming.

Ephesians 4:16 From whom the whole body being fitly joined together and knit together by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, makes increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
