"I have struggled with my weight most of my life and I was at a time when I was challenged to ask the Lord for a scripture that I could claim regarding my weight. He gave me this verse:

Prov 16:11 (NAS)

A just balance and scales belong to the LORD; all the weights of the bag are His concern.
