ABOUT DELIVERANCE AND ADDICTIONS  8/22/07

PIXI saw 3 coffee nip candies.

HEARD:  Take authority over your own house.  Need the muscle.  Strength training.

Prov 25:27-28 AMP

It is not good to eat much honey; so for men to seek glory, their own glory, causes suffering and is not glory.  He who has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls. [Prov 16:32.]

COMMENTS:  The above picture is in regards to a daily sugar allotment of 12 grams.  Sugar is addicting.  It also causes arthritis flares and weakens the immunities.

REVELATION:  When we were in the hospital in the neonatal unit, the nurse said that they give Premie babies doses of sugar.  It acts like a drug and goes to their brain and gives them pain relief.  A light bulb turned on for me.  Sugar really IS a DRUG and people are not only addicted, but ruining their health because of it.

The following is a list from the internet about the effects of sugar.

WISDOM:  In the past when someone has asked me to pray deliverance over them in regards to addictions, I have felt that it was not wise.  If the person does not have the spiritual muscle to keep them out, they will only become worse because even more demons will come in.  Spiritual muscle is acquired through the fruit of the Spirit in temperance, self discipline.  Temperance is simply saying NO.  No to the flesh, no to sin, no to the demonic lure, no to the desires of carnal pleasure, no to the world, NO, NO, NO, and NO.

John 5:14  NKJV

Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you."

Luke 11:24-26 NKJV

"When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.'  25 And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order.  26 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first."
